Do we know why he was at District Court?

“It does not appear suspicious, but we are still waiting for the Medical Examiner.”

Not suspicious?

"Not suspicious" could also mean an accident or a natural death. A lot of times when homeless people are found and have died of natural causes on the street LE will say the death is "not suspicious" or "there is no danger to the public". IMO, when they say it immediately upon discovery of the body all it probably means there were no signs of trauma or obvious foul play.... "Not suspicious" deaths can SOMETIMES change to suspicious after an autopsy... JMO.

Where are you, Andrew?
