My theory that bio dad was looking for a place to stay makes total sense in the fact his mother had been homeless as well with her BF who was homeless . I believe that is why JA hooked up with RB

There should be a link somewhere in the final 5 to 10 pages of the last thread which claims (press) that MS took RB and MM to a medical center in Boston on the 16th, which appears to be just prior to RB confessing to MS.

Regarding the date of May 29th, my only recollection for that date was that Rachelle claimed Bella died before May 29th and that date stood out because it was MM's birthday. This info might be from the arraignment hearing, if anyone wants to go back to that video and jot down what the prosecutor had to say?

I have been thinking, why is the 29th May a significant date for Rachelle's memory (but not the date her daughter died?) Did other people come around to Rachelle's apartment that night for a birthday party for MM? Did he go out that night for his birthday and meet up with friends?

Also, a couple of press things note that Rachelle told people (MS and JA) that when she went into the bedroom to find MM standing over Bella, Bella's head was swollen and either red or grey, and that's how Rachelle 'knew' Bella was dead.

Is there a medical/pathology significance to the appearance noted there? I guess head/facial swelling would come from strangulation, but that's my limit. Is there something else that would fit that appearance in a very recently deceased person?

If this reporter is accurate, the grandmother was homeless as well for a time?

Just throwing this out. Could RB have told MM don't look in the black bag in fridge it's your bday gift and I want it to be a surprise? Before his birthday she eventually drove Bella's body to the lake after she thought of a good dumping spot.

Who's car was Bella transported in? Maybe LE has some DNA from the trunk.

He probably did the deed but just because MM had thoughts of Bella being a demon or possessed and other weird thoughts doesn't make him a murderer. He could be all talk and no action. People said they got tired of hearing about it. People still lived with him and he had a GF. Would be interesting to hear her side of the story. He is an easy target for RB to blame because going by the accounts from other drug addicts it does look bad for him if your going by those statements only. It could all be hearsay to get a few minutes of media fame. After all, how credible are the words of drug addicts? Maybe no one liked him because he was very strange, different, weird, smelly and dirty but that doesn't necessarily make you a killer. The guy said he also studied theology.

Obviously, RB saw something good in him to bring him into her home around Bella. Cough cough.

MS said they BOTH put her in the closet. Doesn't seem like RB had any problems with doing that together.

"head was swollen"......rather benign descriptive phrase, could mean ANYTHING & ANY PART of her "head".....
"red".....again a mixed message: red eyes: stress related injury, or a very weepy child, now "knocked out, exhausted & asleep" but NOT dead, "cherry red": carbon monoxide poisoning
"grey"....if really "grey, dark & streaky": lack of blood flow

Gotta tell ya: as a physician, I'd never declare anybody DEAD based on those criteria! :tantrum:

When people go to methadone clinics do they keep records or logs of who came in? If so that should be fairly easy for LE to check what days he was out of the apt. Did RB go with him when he went because that means she could have opportunity to go to cops if he went alone. Do they have beds in these clinics or resources of places for addicts crash?

MM said he did not live there on a daily bases and only stayed there now and then and that RB was not his GF. If this is the truth it shouldn't be hard to prove.

Did she bother to call 911? feel for a pulse? Provide CPR? I guess from now on if I see someone with a red or gray face they must be dead.

I think it happened at court when he heard the prosecutor telling what RB told LE or what RB told MS. Some of what he said RB told him does not jive with what she told LE & MS. And who knows what else she may have told him that night on beach that he has not said publicly.

In JA's very first interview didn't he say that after RB told him MM killed Bella that they were debating on going to LE or FBI and that they decided to do neither and RB texted a friend of hers and told them instead? Am I imagining this?
And didn't he also say that he had known for a week about Bella??
It was the first interview with him standing with his mom and her boyfriend outside on a sidewalk somewhere.
