The Westfield Police Department is asking for your assistance. We are trying to locate 28 year old, Jordyn Brown. She is described as being 5'2" tall, and about 140 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She may be in danger and in need of medical attention. Jordan was last seen wearing a purple jacket and hospital johnny and is believed to still be in the Westfield area. Do we know why she was in the hospital?

It's a good question. I'm wondering if there are some mental health issues that if left unattended could cause her to be a danger to herself or others. May explain why she just wandered off.

Westfield Detective Bureau's FB post about her doesn't offer much more nor do the FB comments. Usually you have a friend or family member shedding some insight on stuff like that, even if it's to fight trolls or dispel rumors but there isn't much.

I can't tell from the photo if she is carrying a wallet or small purse (or nothing at all). She must have had access to money if LE believes she might be traveling by bus?

If she’s a danger to herself due to mental health reasons she probably should have had a sitter in the hospital to prevent this. If she was leaving against medical advice and had the mental capacity to consent, she would just have had to sign a form, so mental health issues are a definitely a possibility. IMO.

Hopefully, she is found quickly. I would think if she was staying with a friend, they would report that she is safe. I'm still wondering if she had a wallet with her. If not, that would certainly limit her choices. It's cold there ~ she was resourceful enough to grab a sweatshirt from an open car but I doubt that would keep her warm enough.

JB lived in the house alone?

Questions:
Did she take herself to the hospital?
Does she still have her phone?
How old is the baby?
Could this be postpartum depression?
