they just got dismissed a little earlySomething is happening. Jury is on hold and people have been called back into the courtroom. Could be nothing as the jury are being dismissed @4.
what are you sure. the jury should not be shown; maybe you are referring to brother of JOthe close up of the one guy on the jury at the end was very disconserting.
It could be they reached their decision but want to sleep on it.I fear there's a hold out.
how long does a piece of glass stay on a bumper? was it embedded in it? (confused)For me it was the piece of glass on Karen's bumper that matched a random piece of glass at the Albert's house found by Michael Proctor.
I can think of no reason that those two pieces of glass (neither of which matched to John's drinking glass) should match each other unless someone was planting evidence.
It’s NG for me. The prosecution did not prove the injuries came from KR’s car. The FBI hired witnesses were much more credible than Trooper Paul. The ME could not state with any degree of certainty that JO was killed by a vehicle strike.
I’m not convinced about the conspiracy involving everyone in the house plus Canton PD, Plus MSP, Plus Lalley. I am convinced many people in the house were hiding something about that night.
And the snow was falling lightly until AFTER JOK was found.someone commented on a talk show that this term "blizzard" has been over used for the conditions that night at that time. This is MA.. and they are used to snow...this was far from a full out blizzard.
Nope.how long does a piece of glass stay on a bumper? was it embedded in it? (confused)
a juror had to be on the road at 4pm today. I'm thinking they are being thorough and discussing witnesses and testimony. I don't find it strange or indication of holding out after less than 2 short days and interruptions, amended charging instructions imoIt could be they reached their decision but want to sleep on it.
jmo
maybe snow and ice kept them in place- just seems they would be displaced as soon as the car was driven and it went to JOK's home, out the next day and to KR's parents'...Nope.
There were several pieces of glass on Karen's bumper, none embedded. None of those pieces matched John's drinking glass. However, one matched a piece found at 34 Fairview, turned in by none other than Michael Proctor. Make of that what you will.
maybe proctor left it theremaybe snow and ice kept them in place- just seems they would be displaced as soon as the car was driven and it went to JOK's home, out the next day and to KR's parents'...
