Is Cassandra Lee Miller the fifth victim?
In February 1978, Ventura County medical examiner Ronald Kornblum publicly suggested that the murders of Fritz, Sanchez, along with another woman, 26-year-old Cassandra Lee Miller, were likely connected.

Miller, another sex worker, was found dead in 1975 at the Port Hueneme Surfside Motel. She had been strangled and her body posed in a way similar to the others which appeared to intend to degrade them.

He told the Thousand Oaks Star at the time that he was “frankly a little surprised” that the links hadn’t been widely publicized

Warren may have been married.
I found a property record in Diamondhead from 2006, listing a Warren Alexander.

Then i found a 2018 document listing a Warren Alexander

So it sounds like the estimate that he moved to Diamondhead around Katrina is likely correct

This article claims he moved to MS Diamondhead around the time of Hurricane Katrina.

All 3 Oxnard murders occurred close to home, they weren't disposed of in a different state like a lot of Long Haul serial killers would. Im wondering how close he lived to NC in 1992

From your link, he had quite a temper, displayed regularly. He might have seemed normal to his friends, but that's not normal.

People who knew him remember Alexander’s frequent calls to police and his temper toward neighbors whose children wandered, unwittingly, onto his well-kept lawn.

Waitresses at several local restaurants said he would sometimes explode over an incorrect order. A golf cart blocking a sidewalk could also make him fume. “He just wasn’t a very nice person,” said Vanessa Benson, a former neighbor. “He didn’t smile. He didn’t wave.” Neighbors said Alexander frequently called police over petty disputes, like when someone stepped on his lawn or threw something on his grass. Benson recalled Alexander did not like her son riding a bike up his driveway. She said Alexander grew angry one day when her employee briefly pulled onto his property. “He had a short fuse,” said Forest Dobronich, another long-time neighbor.

Sounds like an entitled, anti-social, potentially violent jerk. Many people steered clear of him. DNA doesn't lie, buddy. I'll enjoy seeing him tried and sent to prison.

ETA: The article also says he hung out with his buddies at the country club, but didn't drink. Probably afraid of what he might say if he got drunk. He wrote letters to the editor complaining about "threats to Christianity". Scum.

Quote from his LTTE:
"Religion should be the muse of our societies, for as people we need unifying directions to keep us and our consciences in order.”
Oh, really. Nothing like a religious lecture from a serial killer.

According to white pages, his address is:
9829 Pokai Way in Diamondhead, MS

Just a short golf cart ride away from the course.

A pretty tidy, well-manicured lawn for a 78 year old. Him having access to an RV is a little unsettling. Eek.

He's managed to live a pretty nice life since murdering all those innocent women. Maybe a nice lawsuit can allow the children of his victims to recoup damages from the sale of all this property.

''Another article from the Los Angeles Times stated that detectives initially noticed patterns in how the women’s bodies were arranged, almost identically, in a reportedly “degrading” fashion. Both Sanchez and Rodriguez were mothers, and Fritz had just finished high school, the Times reports.
It was through modern DNA technology and data sharing that detectives in 2023 were able to connect Alexander to the unresolved murders''.

''Alexander is scheduled for an information arraignment on Nov. 1 at the Ventura County Superior Court. The D.A.’s office said he remains in county jail without bail.''

in may of 1987, Mary Elizabeth Reeves, 43, body was found off the side of i65 in Alabama. She was nude and had died from a blow to the head.
