Charging documents paint sad painful picture of young Brian Graham's last minutes

His body burned and bruised, lying motionless in a bathtub full of hot water, which testing found reached temperatures of 128 degrees Fahrenheit.

Jalesia Offer is Brian's mother and Brandon Wheatley is her fiance. Both, age 34, face several charges including first degree child abuse resulting in death.

Little Brian didn't have a chance -- he must have done something wrong... Well, yes, his mom thought Brian took some money from her purse, and who knows what else. Certainly Brian needed punishment... and he certainly got it.

Somehow Brian's brother has survived. Hoping he will be checked to see about any injuries apparently received from Wheatley, and taken to child services. Hoping his injuries will heal, and hoping the adults will also be questioned and charged with injuring him.

Testing found the water temperature in the tub reached 128 degrees Fahrenheit, and Brian suffered burns, WMAR reports.

Charging documents state Brian also had bruising. Offer allegedly admitted to punching and slapping her son, accusing him of taking money from her purse, while Wheatley told police the bruising may have come from “play fights,” according to WJZ.

Police say Brian’s 8-year-old brother also showed signs of suspected child abuse. He was taken into the custody of Child Protective Services while the investigation continues
