Harford County school teacher facing child pornography charges

A Harford County elementary school teacher was arrested in connection to possession and distribution of child *advertiser censored*.

According to Harford County Sheriff's Office, Dominic Lafrancesca, 27, of Bel Air, was taken into custody on Aug. 18, and has been charged with 11 counts related to child *advertiser censored*.
