Circumstances of Discovery
On October 9, 2007 at approximately 10:50 a.m., a woman's body was discovered under a temporary building at Barnaby Manor Elementary School located in the 2400 block of Owens Road. Maggots located on the victim were subtropic possibly indicating that the victim was killed in the southern states and transported to the location in Maryland where she was found.

Found this in Namus that could possibly fit the description. I have attached a side by side of the missing and the Jane Doe. Missing from around the same time, about a 2 hour drive from her home/last seen location.

The missing woman is Risha Lewis. She disappeared in January 2006, so the PMI is a bit long but not impossible.

"Risha Lewis left her residence in the 400 block of Moorehouse Dr. in New Castle, DE and went to visit a friend in the 200 block of W. Pulaski Hwy in Elkton, MD. At approximately 1:30am Risha called home and stated she was on her way back but never arrived. Her vehicle, described as a white, four door, 1997 Ford Crown Victoria was later located on October 17, 2006 in Newark, DE."
