Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police continue to ask the public for help in locating a missing Silver Spring woman.

Renee Michele Graye, age 60, of the 3500 block of Woodlake Drive in Silver Spring, was reported missing on August 7. Graye has health issues and is in need of medication that she does not have with her.

Detectives believe that since her family last saw her, Graye may be frequenting Washington, D.C. and using the Washington Metro.

Graye’s vehicle, which she was last known to be driving, was located unoccupied in the Chevy Chase area on August 14.

Police and family continue to be concerned for Graye’s welfare.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Renee Michele Graye is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).

I wish they'd say where they found her car in Chevy Chase. I'm wondering if it was at the Friendship Heights Metro stop there and that's why they think she's using Metro.


FYI, her house is on the farther edge of Silver Spring....I would guess a good hour's drive to Chevy Chase.
