:waitasec::waitasec: Just had another "thought" FWIW ...

So according to Trista, Ayla's father was holding her and "fell" on top her and that is what caused Ayla's arm injury and for her to be in the sling ...

And according to Trista, the father waited almost 24 hours to bring Ayla to hospital ...

Doesn't the hospital and medical personnel "investigate" injuries that MAY look "suspicious" ? And WHY would he wait so long to bring the baby to the hospital ? She had to be crying her eyes out !

This just doesn't make sense ...

MOO ...

Has anyone seen a picture of the father? If not--how is he escaping the media?

Posted earlier..."Dad" in the middle flanked by officers...Also, going back to my question posted on page 2 or 3 - When was the last verified sighting of Ayla besides his family members??????????????

She did not get to see her daughter since Oct 17th for one single day: mother

The father has had Ayla since October 17th and Justin wouldn't allow Trista to see Ayla or speak with Ayla.

Did the baby miss the appointment because she was not available on Friday??

My sister did not take her tot to the hospital for 3 days & found he had a broken arm . . . the child just did not fuss ('cause he did not want to upset his mom) but she finally took him when it was obvious . . .

There may be reasons why it took some time for medical attention. Just don't know at this time.

Thanks -- he looks mean, IMO.

The Messalonskee Stream feeds into the much larger Kennebec River very near where Ayla's father was staying. Also, the Sebasticook River feeds into the Kennebec from the east, just south of the Violette address but north of where the Messalonskee meets the Kennebec...

Map of the area showing Messalonskee and Sebasticook feeding into Kennebec.

(ETA--argh, sorry, zoom out two clicks to see the lay of the land there...)

TR saying that Ayla does not, in her experience, sleep through the night. Doesn't surprise me. I didn't sleep through a single night until I was 8. NG also saying that it makes no sense that the child would sleep through the night at that age.

Which shows how much NG knows...all five of mine have slept twelve hour nights from the time they were about 6months old. If I wanted them to eat or have a fresh butt, I had to wake them up to give it to them. Silly, silly Nancy.

I am confused because on one hand , the mom's side says that Dad did not want the baby, but they also are saying he was going to fight to keep her. Correct?

Yeah, I don't know. According to TR, according to JD, the child was "screaming bloody murder"...FWIW.
