What a dangerous place that basement is. Both PD and Ayla cutting their foot not to mention shaving accidents. LE says there was visible blood in addition to blood not visible to the naked eye. Some blood evidence is already known to be Ayla's while other samples have yet to be tested. This could indicate splatter. The grand jury convenes in February. CR better speak up since the effort to throw her under the bus has already been undertaken via social media by DiPietro surrogates. All MOO.

Thank you Deoneta, do you know what date in Feb the grand jury will meet?

If there was more then a pint of blood LE would have made an arrest of all 3 by now. Since they didn't arrest I'm going to guess it was less then a pint. Probably more on the lines of a vial of blood. You are right though I think it indicates spatter. My guess is Ayla was crying in her room from pain with her arm. JD gets all mad, goes up, yanks her and drags her to go down to the basement with him. He opens the door to the basement and at the exact moment Ayla really screamed. (probably her arm came out of socket) Then he threw her from the top of the steps. This is my theory MOO

This is unbelievable! If I am not mistaken I saw in a MSM news article somewhere that LE said Justin told them the kidnapper came in through the window. I had been wondering about those windows. This video gave me a close up view. Those windows look exactly like mine. They lock! Two locks! to each window.

Even Superman could not get that window up if locked. I would think they would be locked in the winter in Maine, because the locks make for a tighter seal, and saves on heat bill.

I wish we had a video of the expression on LE faces when they heard "the kidnapper came in through the window".

I really hate it when someone tells me a lie, and they know that I know it is a lie, because it is an insult to my intelligence.

The idea that someone sneaked into the small house and took Ayla without awakening any of the adults "doesn't pass the straight-face test," McCausland said.

"We've followed every conceivable piece of evidence that would follow their version of events, and we have found not one piece of evidence that supports an abduction," he said Monday.

Game over if you ask me. That's a bold statement to make in public. They probably haven't named suspects yet because there was more than one adult in the home and probably can't tell at this time who is responsible.

Do you think Phoebe is in the dark or does she know what happened? Did she get out of Dodge on purpose that night?

I think she knows...and well, she may have need for a lawyer too. JMO.

....for all we know (pardon my candidness)... Ayla could have been in a bag that CP took with her--- I think Justins brother, an eccentric family friend and Justin have concocted a great reasonable doubt.... just my 2 cents.

Who is CP?

And I totally disagree about any reasonable doubt being created by the noisemakers...JMO

Seems the most likely scenario doesn't it.

Sorry, all I have read just says in February. There was also some mention of a February grand jury when LE was requesting raw Media material I think. Maybe I am mixed up about that, but I will take a look.

You probably only disagree because you don't know who CP is... (and I don't have any doubt, but based off other recent cases where mothers and family tried to bring in accidents, invisible nannies and such).. the family is casting shadows on the one non-blood related family member....

Justin's allies have clearly been alluding (or is it eluding??!) that Justins new girlfriend is the one not cooperating---

I thought her initials are CR...

BBM: This tells me that Justin is really feeling the pressure right now. Probably Mommy is too therefore he is getting pressure maybe from two sides. Mom telling him what to do and say or something like "Keep me out of it"

Maybe her leaving incensed the "Daddy" so much he took it out on Ayla?

BBM: The "eccentric family friend" -- are you referring to Bob Vear -- who was at the vigil ? And if so I agree -- these 3 guys are "concocting" a "reasonable doubt" theory ...

MOO ... I have some "thoughts -- SPECULATION" -- regarding Bob Vear's statement that was made after this past Saturday's vigil regarding the "blood evidence" ...

And then on Sunday, the "letter" he posted to his "Friend" ... which IMO -- I do not believe is some sort of "coincidence" ...

:waitasec: I am not sure though if it can be posted in this thread ... :innocent: ...

:waitasec: Or down in the basement here ... :innocent:

MOO ...

Good question. I'm leaning toward "in the dark' only because, if I'm not mistaken, Phoebe voluntarily gave LE permission to examine the home. Who knows, maybe she thought she did a good enough job of cleaning up. But Phoebe doesn't strike me as a terribly unintelligent woman. Given her occupation, I'd think she'd have at least a basic understanding of her rights and that it would be incredibly stupid to give LE unfettered access to her home if she were hiding something. JMO

I hope it is true that they are finger-pointing at the girlfriend, because I think it is very hard for 3or 4 people to keep a secret , as soon as one of those people starts feeling threatened by the others , thats when LE might see someone willing to make a deal.

That's a good point about PD allowing the search. I suppose the thinking could have been that refusing to permit a search would only have ramped up LE suspicion. What I am curious about is whether PD was at the home when LE arrived for the 911 call. Had she already returned from her night out and gone straight to her room. Was she called before or after 911 was called to come home? I am leaning towards PD knowing what happened only after the fact, but protecting JD afterwards. I keep thinking the young people may have taken the opportunity to "party" while PD was away for the night. All MOO.

The question is though since C supposedly move out of state just how much pressure is she feeling. She street smart, no conscience?
