If he did, he is the type I love to see convicted. I hope they can gather enough evidence to hang it on him. If she was out in the elements for weeks, there might be evidence lost.

O.M.G. I believe I read on the page for Valerie that Luc's parents had a yard sale this weekend and she was there (unless he recently moved her there).

That is just grotesque to think she was in the woods as people were bargaining for items, some of which may have been hers. I am not sure if the parents had knowledge but if they did, I hope they will sit in prison with him.

Ok...my mind is racing as I haven't heard cause of death, yet. She was behind the garden shed....so thinking he might say she must have decided to return home and fell and landed on the garden shears left out.

Ok...my mind is racing as I haven't heard cause of death, yet. She was behind the garden shed....so thinking he might say she must have decided to return home and fell and landed on the garden shears left out.

If he did it, I am sure the story will be a real whopper with her responsible for her own death. With four people living at the house, he might claim it was not him but one of his parents. He throws around his being disabled (not sure the nature of the disability) a lot but gave great detail about his workouts (on his deleted FB) so I hope he can't do the I couldn't do it b/c I have a disability thing

Yeah the military disabled...is hard for me too understand. I think my hubby is only 30 percent(I am a bad wife). The more disabled the more money!

*Hubby is 50 percent(now I know) disabled and works everyday and cleaned and stained out front porch this weekend in the ga. heat.

He makes me sick. The victim blaming, the lies....and the whole time she was right there, where he put her.

I guess the good news is that he's a terrible actor and not smart enough to have hidden her where she wouldn't be found.

Not sure what day it was .. but one of his random FB posts was a picture of a Paul Bunyan statue and referenced that he was going to be chopping wood. Just thought it was an odd post that now has my stomach churning.

So he killed her 5 days before the supposed Walmart trip.

How did he explain that to his parents? Now I wonder how much they knew.

I would guess he confessed since they made the arrest so quickly.

I want to take this moment to send my condolences to family and friends. Valerie deserved way better than this. This ending is not the one we hoped for, of course, but it is the one we feared. I am glad they were able to at least find her, and that it provides some sort of closure. He will not be getting away with this, fortunately.

That's who it reminded me of too. Doing all those media interviews knowing she was decaying in the back yard ... did he seriously think no one would ever look there?
