Allen said Anthony is allowed to attend Eastside Baptist Church on Sunday with her family, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and meet with her case manager Monday to determine the rest of her schedule under the home confinement program.

In a new twist, Leonard Padilla states that the mother argued with her father over moving out and taking Caylee with her. WESH is reporting that Padilla, who professed yesterday to have no contact with the mother, states that an argument is the reason that Caylee was 'handed off voluntarily' to a friend of the mother. (See blog on Geraldo 8/24).

Leonard Padilla said he believes Casey Anthony left her daughter with friends after arguing with her father about wanting to move out of his home with Caylee.Padilla said time is running out for those friends. He said he will share any information he gets with law enforcement.

"ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) -- Dozens attended the latest a series of vigils held for missing Orlando 3-year-old Caylee Anthony at the Anthony's east Orlando residence."

"Mother of the missing girl, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, was not present. Casey was released from the Orange County Jail last week after. She was arrested July 16 on charges of child neglect, lying to authorities and obstructing and investigation after she failed to report her daughter missing for more than one month."

"The family and bounty hunters who are keeping watch over Casey did not want her to take any chance with her safety by attending the vigil. There was a loud speaker which carried the vigils, so it's likely that Casey heard everyone's thoughts and prayers."

"Cindy spoke about her faith. "I understand why my daughter is so calm. I understand why she is so calm, because I am there with her. I am calm because I get it. I cant do anything about it. She can't do anything about it. I have to trust in God," said Cindy Anthony."

"The day was not without some controversy. Earlier in the day, a band of musicians pulled up in a pickup truck with a flat bed, and began playing a song described as having hateful lyrics about Casey. The band was escorted away by Orange County sheriff's deputies."

ORLANDO -- "She's not concerned," Leonard Padilla said. Padilla flew from California to help Casey Anthony, the only 'person of interest' in her daughters disappearance, bail out of jail. He helped post the $500 thousand dollar bond on Wednesday night. She walked out of jail on Thursday.
