I live in the metro Detroit area and just got this Amber alert by phone. Poor baby girl, it’s 7 degrees here right now and she was only in a onesie and diaper.

Osterman, 23, arrived at the home and demanded entry into to see Bella. Bella’s 26-year-old mother did not allow him to enter the home and he began to force his way in.

After he gained entry, Osterman took Bella and fled the home on foot.

He is described as wearing a blue-sweatshirt, black sweatpants and burgundy shoes. Bella was wearing a pink onesie and a diaper at the time she was taken.
