Thanks. I guess he's hiding in plain sight. I wonder if his customers know what's up. I would think that would be a topic of conversation because it's not exactly hard to find that name when you're just googling like I did. I'm new to this whole thing and so I appreciate your quick response.

I don't think many of his customers know. I don't think he'd have many customers if more people knew.

This case is so sad for the family and LE really dropped the ball. When it comes to people like Harry Kzirian it makes me so angry. This gets to live his life a free man. Gets married opens his Jewelry store Contact Us - Grand Jewelers | Grand Blanc, Michigan and forgets about the past. Do his employees know about his shady past? Do they care they are working for a killer? How does someone marry him? Does she ever wonder about Carolyn and Mark and what really happened to them? Does she ever think what if he does this to me? I wonder about all these things. He doesn't seem to care or acknowledge that is 2 year son is missing. That is too suspicious! Ty Martin, Carolyn's brother hasn't been on this site since Sept 2019. I hope he is doing well and I hope he continues to push LE to do something. I also hope he comes back with an update. Hopefully justice will be served and Harry Kzirian will be held accountable.

I'm surprised that Ty hasn't been back. I was trying to get him to write to Dana Nessel in the hopes of getting the state to take over the murder case. I think the state would be more willing to take a chance with a no-body murder case than Oakland County would.
 
I'm still hoping that the State of Michigan will bring murder charges even though the bodies were never found.

Man says he left 2-year-old son, child’s mother on side of I-75 the day they disappeared 41 years ago

The father of a 2-year-old boy said he abandoned his son and the child’s mother on the side of I-75 just north of Toledo, Ohio before they vanished. That was 41 years ago.

Foul play is suspected in the Aug. 31, 1981, disappearance ... [snip] He told police he left both of them on the side of I-75 with a suitcase and $4,000.

I don't think anyone believed his story.

No-body murder cases were never prosecuted back in 1981, but this isn't 1981.

The State of Michigan needs to take over the case and charge this creep.
 
Have any new DNA tests been done? I don’t know if the husband would bother to sell a child or if he left them on the side of the road just not alive. Liars do sometimes add elements of truth to their BS. Could a family member taken the child arranged an adoption? Maybe the 4000 was for that? Maybe that’s wishful thinking. DNA might match a Jane Doe and Toddler Doe.

I think that Carolyn and Mark died long before the road trip occurred. I also think that it was pre-planned.

All of Carolyn's belongings were donated to Goodwill the same day that she and Mark were picked up from her parents home to go and live with HK. I think that they lived for about five minutes.

If they had been left dead by the side of any road, then I think they would have been found. I think that HK either buried them or destroyed the bodies.
