The court documents also detail some of a conversation Bob Bashara reportedly had with his son in which Bashara seems to have accepted the possibility of a conviction in the hitman case.

Bashara asked his son to support his move for "leniency" as he may try to get "some sort of probation thing", according to the documents.

Prosecutors cautioned against reducing Robert Bashara's $15 million bond at a hearing Thursday, saying he already has been using others to do his "bidding" while in jail.

Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Lisa Lindsey said Bashara has been communicating with an out-of-state person from a BDSM website who goes by the name of "Obedient Slave" to contact potential witnesses on his behalf.

Morrow said he would rule on the request by Tuesday.

Lindsey also said Bashara had a telephone conversation with a friend named "Mike," who admonished him for "being a dumb (expletive).

"We've been telling you over and over to stay out of trouble and stop doing stupid things," Bashara's friend told him, according to Lindsey.

I have a new name for BB... He's the Slave Master of Maniputlation. He thinks he's the Godfather of that community, ordering his slaves and family to carry out his nefarious deeds.

The "dumb-a$$" thing about it all is that he is doing it over the phone while in jail! I've said it before, he thinks he is a mobster.

Also, by using his cousin and aunt to do his bidding, he's asking them to do time along with him. It wouldn't surprise me if they end up testifying against him at trial to save their own hides.

Alas, unless it is postponed, I won't be able to follow the actual trial.

Lindsey said Bashara threatened to evict a tenant unless he signed a document saying he was a good guy and had previously sent a person to the complex who threatened to harm him if he talked to police about Bashara.
