Rumor- there were 2 cell phones. One Jerome and the gf shared, and the other was Jerome's. His is missing, the shared one was in the car.

Someone mentioned this upthread, too, about Jerome and the gf sharing a phone. I've been looking but I can't find where that detail originally came from.

It's entirely possible this is due to the ongoing Blonde Moment that has been my Tuesday so far.

It was mentioned earlier, starting around #35. Several people alluded to the shared phones but I can't find the source of that info.

Interesting.....8 hours later, the baby has a dry diaper? And the car seat isn't locked in with the seat belt?
Sounds like someone put the baby back after they took the dad. IMO

Seeing nothing new in the news. Family is still very active in Facebook and sharing his missing flyer on a daily basis. I live in Lansing and I'm hearing rumors from people who supposedly work with his sister...some believable and other wildly unbelievable. I hope he is found soon. His family deserves to know....

Search for missing Lansing Twp. man won't stop 'until we find him' police chief says

The search for a Lansing Township man deemed missing since Nov. 7 continues without many leads.

“We won’t stop until we find him or find something," township Police Chief Adam Kline said.

Police said there are no signs of foul play. Ezell also goes by the name "E" or "Roni."

Jasmine Hill, Ezell's girlfriend found Jionni, the couple's 5-month-old son, inside the vehicle sitting in his car seat. He was found in good condition.

Hill said she is waiting to hear back from police about fingerprints that were found in the vehicle.

The Michigan State Police's crime lab is currently testing some "potential evidence," Kline said. He declined to provide details.

Police searched a wooded area where the vehicle was found with cadaver dogs and used night vision equipment. Kline said police intend to conduct another search there.

A $10,000 reward is offered by Ezell's family to anyone who can find Ezell and bring him home safe.

Ugh.. nothing new here either!! I checked back with some locals also and they haven't heard anything ....very frustrating. We went shopping in Lansing and I looked around for flyers etc but didn't see any, although we were mainly at the mall but heading back that way in few weeks , but hopefully we will have answers by then

Think of the implications that the baby was found 8 hours later with a dry diaper and sitting in a car seat that wasn't locked in.
There is no way they were both hanging out at the car for 8 hours. I think it probable that Jerome walked away with the baby and someone else. They brought the baby back because people get crazy over missing babies....not so much missing adults.
