There is currently a $6,500 reward for any information that helps find Lacie.

Update: Missing Charlevoix Co. Woman Found - 9 & 10 News

On Saturday deputies, detectives and first responders in Charlevoix County received a call from a group of hunters reporting they found the body of Lacie Castle.

The responders were able to positively identify the body when they arrived.

The investigation is still ongoing but the Charlevoix County Sheriff’s Office says they do not expect foul play.

What a devastating outcome. She was loved by so many. I didn’t know her but participated in searching for her. When organized searching was put on hold due to deer firearm season there was a feeling that, if she were out there, it was likely that she would be found by one of the numerous hunters in the area. Sadly, that is how she was found. Prayers to her family. I hope that the outpouring of support from the community brings you some measure of comfort. I’m so very sorry for your loss.
