And it burns me up. Is PUTUP JTF reincarnated?

Here is my take on PUTUP...

1- He started as gojo's real live in-bred son (gotta rope ?)
2- When Goins was banned, PUTUP started being 1/2 way civil,
as he was runn'in scared.
3- Recently, Goins 'borrowed" the nic from the boy and he is back like he didn't
miss a beat.
4- Did I say the whole family is nuts ?

Has anyone seen Cha Cha lately ?

I think I better respond in a pm.

Barney if there's ever a trial here and you go I think you should take a body guard with you. These people are totally irrational, imo.
Don't worry jilly, I'll have my trusty bullet in my pocket.

Don't know. He signed off when I was banned for some reason. I think he was disgusted over Goins and the Amanda Lamb situation.

Hi Caffeinatd, I had a PM at CTV saying PUTUP is JohnGoins and the one with Id standing in the wings is supposedly JY's big sister, originally JTF. I don't know about the last one {?}, it is just what I was told.

Hi ya Barney ;} A question for you. Early in the case we learned in a link I think that an attorney lived several houses down from the Young house. I don't think RR has referenced himself in his posts as an attorney would, thinking he was in upper management with a large corporation, but am now wondering if he has any connection to the case that we might not be aware of. He was well seasoned and you have to admit we got a lot of info from him, though I know you had your differences.

Thanks for you continuing endeavors Barney in learning what you can. Are you thinking he left the house around 4am and with an hour for stopping at the motel to change clothes and pick up his receipt and also finding a spot to dump the accoutrements to the crime, he then drove a total of 5 hours from Raleigh to the appt, arriving at 10"30/

Gee, I wonder if he called ahead. lol Scandi

I like RR just fine. He is a retiree in his early 60's and you are correct, not an attorney.

I think he may have hung around the house a bit longer because of Cassie....maybe leaving as late as 4:30 to 5 am,arriving around 7:00 or 7:30 If the hospital was in the Western Va area above Duffield, this drive from Hillsville would be around 2 1/2 hours (leaving around 8 am) Also, I bet he strolls into the lobby for breakfast to be seen in the motel that am.

Barney, welcome. I knew you were here a little while ago. I don't post very often on this case, but read here every day. I did come up with a scenario a while back as to how he could have checked into a hotel/motel in Danville and come back, killed her and be back to the motel in the morning. Of course I had him turning off his cell phone and leaving it at the motel. Gave him credit for being smarter than Scott Peterson.

I did know who you were from reading at CTV. I do read over there. I can't bring myself to actually join the fray, but I can certainly see who is on what side. Thank goodness we don't seem to have them here. So glad you found us.

Calling all Aussies !!!!!! Send me your vegemite. I had a taste last Spring in Denver. I have purchased two Australian saddles and other gear at the Down Under Saddlery in Denver and found out we can't import it anymore. I thought it would be great on top of crackers. I know it's quite a strong taste, but if I put cream cheese on then the vegemite on top of that, then it would be like putting anchovies on. I did like the taste, a little bit at a time.

Barney,

Have you been by the house on Birchleaf ? If you have been I am curious about the visibility up the driveway. Can you recall, if say, a vehicle was parked up by the entrance to the garage - if it would be very noticable from the street ? I ask this only because a poster somewhere other than here seems to think this area would be where the "real" killer would have parked and no one would have noticed the vehicle even during the day. I know it sounds dumb and I believe it is hogwash as some of the WRAL video clearly showed the "real" killer's car as viewed from the street. Just curious, if you know. TIA

ETA - I have looked at aerials and it seems from the air someone might not see a car but don't know how that might be from the ground.

I have driven over there a couple of times. In fact it was soon after lE released the house . There was a pickup and an SUV at the end of the drive, next to the garage & plainly visible from the street. However, I will say the drive is rather long and you would need to specifically look toward the house to notice (especially driving south down Birchleaf)

This photo was taken from the street....notice right side of the house/drive is visible

Thanks, its hard to visualize from the aerials how it may appear on the ground. Guess that shoots the heck out of that theory. Figured that much since a car in the drive was vsible in the news footage. Appreciate it.

It would definitely be hard to see a car at night though I bet.

Yes. I recall Greta's reporter (jim ?) saying over and over how DARK it was at night all along that street. W/O a spot light in the drive, I'm sure it would be very hard to see a vehicle anywhere in the drive when dark

Jim Hammer - I was hoping he would get lost in all that darkness :p

I recall those reports now that you mention them.

Barney,

Why does the DA in this case need to take this to a Grand Jury for indictment before an arrest can be made or is this just a way to fast track some trial procedures ? Can an arrest be made without an indictment ? I quess I do not know why this is this way - any ideas what the actual protocol is ?

It might be hard to see a car {from the road} that had pulled in right up to the doors of the garage and parked on the far right side of the driveway - the furtherest spot away from the street.

If I were the killer I would worry about driving out of there and possibly being seen, especially say at 4:30 or 5 in the morning when there might be people in the neighborhood starting to wake up.

I quess that is why LE was asking about cars in the area between 12 and 6 am. Someone familiar with that drive might be able to creep in and out without their lights on and down the street a ways before turning them on. Gotta wonder about that though - it would really catch someone's thought if a car was moving down the drive without lights. Seems a white SUV might be a tad easier to catch a glimpse of though. Just my thought, I don't think JY parked anywhere other than in his own drive that night.

What I am totally amazed by or will be amazed by, is if Jy did this, how could he possibly walk into a meeting half and hour late and have any reasonable front to put on. I mean, where does that kind of nerve come from. Can you imagine the people he met with - how they must feel now knowing they met with this guy and it seems possible he had killed his wife not long before the meeting ? How sick is that ?

ETA - i wonder what excuse he gave for being late ? Should be interesting to hear.

CTV shut down again for the nite. Mimi & Alterego succeeded.
Oh man. Those two never give up do they :croc:

I make an apology to Barney coz I was naughty, got called out, came back and read here first.....so we can expect some posts missing?

As it is I won't know til later coz this is a quick pop in.

Hugs to WSers coz we know how to be 'cool' :)

Hi Sami, I must have missed why you got called out here, coming in late, but you are absolutely a mainstay and sense of discretion.

Think I might get called out on the Anna Nichole thread, but I just HAD it with all the adulation of this selfish drug addict. Sick of it and want our young girls to have different mentors set in front of them so they will succeed in life and be happy people!

Anyway, I luv you Scandi

Oh no hon, I wasn't 'called out' on here, lol. I owed Barney that apology coz I was rather blunt with him earlier. I meant that I was called into work, lol. Then came back to read here, just to find out that ctv forum was closed.

I haven't been on the Anna Nicole forums. I guess I'm cold when it comes to dead bodies but honey, dead is dead. The only time I felt anything for that woman is when Daniel died at a time in her life when she should have been able to celebrate her bub's birth. There are alot of stars who are shocking role models for young girls. Sheesh look at that travesty named Brittney Spears!
