Missing for 10 days already?!

““She usually talked to her mom everyday,” said Alice’s aunt Cathy Lamere.”

Was she walking, driving, what? I don't see any mention of a vehicle or anything.
There doesn’t seem to be much information released to MSM. The City of Rochester, MN Police Department FB page has a post about Alice being missing:

Her uncle Tim Lamere added “and other family members too, texting and we’re all social butterflies.”

“The phone’s dead still to everyone’s knowledge, it’s unlike her, it’s just like what happened,” Tim Lamere said.

“To not hear from her for this long is just, we’re worried, we hope we can hear from her soon,” Cathy Lamere said.

"She was crying. Her voice was echoing. She was shivering and I can tell she was cold because I could hear her teeth. She was crying and I could tell she was really out of it. She really wasn't making a lot of sense," said Richter.

The couple dated for six years back in Austin, Texas and became in engaged in the summer of 2023. He says they both agreed to take a break from one another amicably so Dobmeier could focus on solving her mental health and drug problems by moving to Rochester to be closer to family.

"Regardless of whatever our relationship was or whatever she is doing, I love the girl and I want her to be okay . . . but I just want her to be alright," said Richter.

Before their last phone call, the former couple talked on the phone a few times prior to her disappearance where Richter says she cried on the phone every time.

"She's very sweet. She'll do anything for you and you don't even have to necessarily have to ask. If she sees you need something she'll give it to you. She's the sweetest, nicest person you can ever imagine," said Richter.

Since the news article above had a statement that she used to live in Austin, I did a court record search (Travis County) there. She had an warrantless arrest in 2021 for a felony involving injury to a child/elderly/disabled (likely referencing Texas Penal code 22-04) https://codes.findlaw.com/tx/penal-code/penal-sect-22-04/ with no charges filed. However, an "order of commitment" (A commitment order is a court-issued directive to confine a specific individual in a correctional institution, hospital or other institution for the foreseeable future) was issued in September of 20211 and a hearing for "mental health diversion" was on the record for 2022. Nothing noted since then in that county. Register of Actions

Her ex-fiancé Robert Richter said he may have been the last person to talk to Dobmeier. Richter lives in Texas and was in a relationship with Dobmeier for six years. He explained Dobmeier moved to Minnesota seeking treatment for mental health and addiction six months ago.

According to family, living in Rochester was going well as Dobmeier settled into a new city, started a new job and began online dating.

Authorities and family have confirmed Dobmeier was on a date the night of March 3 with someone she met online. Investigators said Dobmeier may have been pictured on social media at a Culver’s.

Richter said he still had regular communication with Dobmeier. He recalled an instance from February 25. According to Richter, Dobmeier called from a man’s house crying and claiming she felt unsafe.

Richter said it was the same story when he spoke with her again on March 4. According to Richter, Dobmeier was checking out of a hotel.

“I talked to her again. After she checked out and she was walking around outside and I could hear like she was cold, you know, and I could hear, like, shivering and stuff. Then I can hear her voice echoing, and then she just started she just crying. Just in hysterics and she just hung up the phone. That was it,” Richter said.

BBM: Was she alone at the hotel? Did she check in? Was she the "guest" of someone? What transpired that took AD from the hotel to a culvert? Wondering about the other "instance" where AD called the bf from a mans home.

By reading the information from the Rochester PD FB page it appears no foul play. I guess maybe she crawled into the culvert by herself. 80 yards in is pretty far.
