MISSING PERSON ALERT: The Foley Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing man. Joshua Woolsey, age 40, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Woolsey was last seen on Aug. 9 in the Foley area wearing a Fox Racing shirt, tan cargo shorts and flip flops.

Officers believe Joshua may be in the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Anyone with information on Joshua Woolsey’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Foley Police Department at 320-968-0800, Benton County Dispatch at 320-968-7201, or dial 911.

He is diabetic and does not have his medication.

Authorities are looking for a man who hasn't been seen since Aug. 9, and doesn't have his diabetes medicine.

He was arrested earlier this year (booking photo in the link). This matches up with court records, which are a little more extensive. Stearns County, MN | Jail Roster Search This matches up with his court records here (middle name James) Case Number: 73-CR-24-1611 for the charge for which the booking info was linked. There are many other charges over the years. He has been committed more than one to a facility for mental illness (DOB on those records matches the others).
