No, and I don't believe I will get further updates. The Medical Examiner provided me this information in response to my negative NamUs submission.

Families often don't consider sleuthers when they decide to withhold the ID of the UID. I guess that is their right to do.

well, i can guarantee you that the families missing their loved ones have had far more hours waiting for answers as to what ever became of them. a common rule while in this field is to respect the privacy of the family.

The DNA Doe Project is handling his case so I wonder if we will see an announcement from them soon!

I hope his name will be released, but if not that's oke. I can't help thinking about how it must feel for his loved ones to know he died all alone from the elements in an abandoned building. Another sad story. After all he once was somebody's someone. May he rest in peace.
