Judge Rules Enough Evidence To Move Forward With Case Against Skaggs

Seems like there have been two additional arrests:
Enough evidence exists for Anthony Layne Skaggs to stand trial for felony charges of abandonment of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution, Judge Timothy Inman ruled Friday at the conclusion of a preliminary hearing.

He will be arraigned on Tuesday, April 2.

The charges relate to the December death of Aaron Armantrout, who was allegedly murdered by his wife, Susan (Skaggs) Armantrout, at their home on Route D in western Ste. Genevieve County. The body was discovered in the trunk of their car at a storage facility in Potosi.

Angel Marie Senter, who faces felony charges of abandonment of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution, was supposed to have her preliminary hearing last week as well, but her attorney was tied up with another matter and indicated Senter would waive her right to the hearing.
