Circumstances of Disappearance
Charles "Terry" Heese was last seen at his parents' house in Parkville, MO on the evening of 06/05/1999. When his parents awoke on 06/06/1999, Terry was gone.

Heese's truck was subsequently found in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the desert in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 800 miles southwest of Parkville. His case remains unsolved.

Sadly the photo was taken 25 years before his disappearance so it’s really challenging to compare to this Doe:


However, the timing, age and height work. Furthermore I can see moles but challenging to see if that’s an exact match. Finally the fact his car was found in NM after he went missing in Missouri doesn’t make Vegas a stretch as his final destination.
