they don't need be let out on bond . for adopted children their needs to be susprized home inspections for at least 2 years or longer. a lot times when DFS comes out they give them notice gives the people time hide and clean up stuff they need the element of susprize

Calling @JimmyPerez - any updates on court dates?

Still have not received a docket update notice from the court. Checked the online database last week and just now and no updates posted yet. We have been having some bad wintry weather and it is a smaller, rural county so that may explain their delay in updating the docket.

I do receive the auto-updates from the court on these cases (when they get around to sending them) and will update when I hear.

Okay - thanks for checking for me JimmyPerez! Much appreciated. :)

Yes thank you to JimmyP for the updates.

I *really* want to bring back public stockades and public shaming (in *addition* to prison) for these types of crimes against children and society.
Once a month round em' up, take them to a prominent public square, put them in a stockade, and let the citizenry have their say.
I think the fresh air would do them good.

Amateur opinion and speculation only

2/7/19 Update: Hearing continued to 2/19 for both.

Judge granted both "parents" motion to alter their bond conditions. Only change is that they are no longer required to have GPS monitoring. (Yikes!)

Next court date for both is March 21 at 1:30 p.m. One docket says it is the preliminary hearing, the other says it's to set a preliminary hearing. My guess is it's the former. We shall see.
