I've been following this since Gypsy was first "missing"and have been watching the trial. My thoughts early on are just amplified as I watch, that these people (all direct parties involved) are/were so twisted, complex, and vulnerable and it's almost like when they all came together it was a perfect storm, albeit an outlandish one. There's noone involved who I find overwhelmingly sympathetic (though I expected to feel that way about Gypsy and to some extent Godejohn). I'm surprised that the defense hasn't victim blamed DDB more or made that aspect much more prominent since that is so often a tactic used. Overall the trial is just another chapter in this strange and tragic story.

#GodejohnTrial - Closing arguments today in the Dee Dee Blanchard murder trial. Nicholas Godejohn & his girlfriend Gypsy charged with the murder of Gypsy's mother. She testified it was her idea, she talked Godejohn into it. Gypsy pleaded guilty to 2nd dg. murder, serving 10 yrs.
