I say this because her behavior is reflective of her emotional instability: Can she eventually lead a quasi normal life? that remains to be seen, but a lot depends on her recognition of the emotional damage her mother inflicted and how it is affecting her life now-- she will need lots of therapy---with a really good therapist--
I agree. I hope she finds a really good one.

She's been in it almost her whole life so, she really doesn't know what a normal life looks like, without that.
I genuinely and honestly hate what her mother did to her.
In the realm of good mothers and bad mothers, hers was one of the worst-- it left her permanently scarred emotionally and mentally and most likely physically as well-- I am with you, I hate what her mother died to her. It is unforgiveable.

Just saw this on ET. Have to say her nose surgery looks real good. Her hair color also looks pretty. Her comments and demeanor however are not good.

She said her now boyfriend is ‘the one and he is moving to Louisiana with me’. In a cut away shot she was outside in a skimpy tank top and smoking. Did she smoke before prison?

It is behavior like you describe that led me to state in an above thread that she is not emotionally stable. I believe she needs a good therapist-- but in order to do that she has to recognize she has a problem and I don't know if she is at that point in her life.

Gypsy reacts to online death threats.

In the third episode of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, Gypsy-Rose Blanchardreacted to the online criticism she received following her early prison release in December 2023.

While speaking about the unexpected media attention that came her way after being released, as well as the nearly 5 million Instagram followers she gained, Blanchard revealed that one time when she checked her direct messages, she found “at least 10 death threats” and recited an example of one such message.

Gypsy is pregnant

yikes. I wish she would have tried harder to avoid that for a few years until she has assimilated into normal life. She's been on her little press/social media tour for a while now. What I haven't seen is her getting/working a job, her paying bills, her learning how to run a household, or any other normal life activities. It's new hairstyles, interviews, a failed romance, a rebound back to an ex, and constant social media posting. None of what I have seen from her so far bodes well for her baby. JMO

JMO. She is not ready for this. and despite her assurances she won't be a mother like her own, I worry she has grown addicted to her fame/infamy. What happens if and when that attention and notoriety fade? Does she unconsciously begin to model the behaviors of her own mother when SHE was craving attention?

I feel very sorry for this child.

Me too, which is why I wish Gypsy well. I just hope that there are enough positive influences in the child’s life to counterbalance anything negative Gypsy might do. Her Dad and stepmother and the baby’s father can provide that as long as Gypsy doesn’t isolate from her loved ones like her mother did.
