That's why I included that link with my post... but the post here keep referring to him as a 3 year old. So I want to verify who is correct.

Gotcha. I'm not sure why some keep referring to him as a 3 year old.

I'd go by the NCMEC, which lists the DOB, and by the presser, during which the Lt. David Williams refers to him as a missing 4 year old. Jmo

"So the family has just confirmed that it was Darnell in Columbia, and they are all heading there right now. He is currently at CPD, and they are saying they are very happy that he was found."

WAIT -- LE HAS NOT CONFIRMED DG FOUND- REPORT WAS BY STEP MOM ONLY

JEFFERSON CITY - The Jefferson City Police Department said late Friday afternoon it had no knowledge of any updates on the search for Darnell S. Gray - just a half hour after the boy's stepmother told KOMU 8 News he'd been found.

Quatavia Laqwoun, and family friend Amanda Ramirez both said Darnell was found walking along Highway 63 in Columbia and was in the hands of the Columbia Police Department. The CPD said that was not the case.

The Jefferson City Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol and volunteers had been searching for Darnell since he went missing Thursday morning.

The search for him focused Friday morning on a pond off Linden way.
