I really doubt it's so common that he doesn't skip a beat while sweet talking some girl. No reaction whatsoever.

I wonder if he had earphones on at the time which made it difficult to hear the shots?

It would seem that the person who recorded this was video-conferencing ("cam-chatting") with a female when this occurred, possibly using a program like Skype. At the same time he was probably running another program to capture a recording of of video session so he could play it back for his enjoyment at a later time.

I wonder if the recording was able to capture the first gunshot that occurred inside the police SUV during the struggle for the gun. It doesn't seem like he had just started recording when we hear the gun shots ring out. Perhaps the earlier shot was captured but it was overlayed with embarrassing "cam-chat" so it is not being played for the public.

In these threads, I have respectfully disagreed w you on more than one issue, but you raise a good point about Wilson's believability.
Wilson's status as LE does not give me complete faith in his believability.
His believability standing starts in neutral, for me. Ditto, everyone else.
No blanket thoughts, positive or negative, about one group or another. Not about one individual either.

Ex:
Early on, Dorian said something like (my paraphrasing), this started ~2:00pm & after tussle w LE, MB & I ran for 2 minutes. Plus more.
Turns out, 2:00pm was about 2 hrs off. And if he & MB ran for 2 min, they would not have been on same block as LE car.
Were his stmts inaccurate by accident or design? May or may not matter.
But when SwisherSweet vid was released, appeared, imo, his failure to disclose was enlightening to me.
Finally, when his outstanding warrant-w giving LE wrong name - surfaced, then clear he was not believable imo.
I refuse to place trust in a person who does not give LE his actual name.

No arguments about Dorian. His testimony alone would never hold water with me. It would have to be supported by physical evidence and corroborating testimony. In other words, his words alone mean little to me.

Speaking of Dorian, no idea if it's the same guy, but plug his name into casenet. I ran into some other stuff too that wasn't reported (at least back then). Not sure that we can link casenet now, or I would, but if you look you can find it and maybe determine if it's the same guy.

At this point, I'm filing it with just as genuine as an orbital fracture. Likely true, but will wait until everything comes out.

CNN asked for a confirmation from FBI.....I doubt that they will confirm or deny. JMO

There already is embarrassing chat in what was released. I just find the whole tape bizarre. We do hear gunshots but no other noises? No screaming, etc? I remember Zimmerman's 911 recordings, there were a lot of noises and screams. This tape got nothing, except the guy chatting and loud gunshots. Which the guy chatting doesn't acknowledge at all.

But it helps me to just try to put myself in his place for a minute.

I have warrant out for my arrest. I already am scared/don't like cops/prosecution for fear that they'll lock me up for the rest of my life.

So why would he come out and admit to the burglarly until he absolutely had to?

IMO, it doesn't mean he's necessarily lying about everything regarding the encounter with OW.

He's lying/minimizing about everything which would make HIM vulnerable to being locked up.

I believe he has altered the story in order to take out any involvement on his part - for example, things like talking back to the police officer. He's essentially taken himself out of the entire encounter.

But that still doesn't mean that he's completely lying about MB's interaction with OW.

I've listened to it over and over. At first I though it was 10 shots but then was counting only 9.

We still laugh about it. That night when I got back to the den he said well that was random. Looking at me like I was the odd one. When we are talking he'll sometimes ask " do you feel the need to run around the house right now?"

I see your point. And it makes me so sad. To think that I could be minding my own business and be treated like scum. And have to accept it because the bully is the law. Suck it up and respect the badge. That breeds a culture of abuse on the side of those in "control". We have s system of checks and balances.

Don't know if it's same guy. But I saw drug trafficking and shooting from a moving vehicle. Again, don't know if it's the same guy but if you look, it's there somewhere.

And obviously I wasn't implying it was predetermined. Just thinking out loud that if he KNOWS there is certain exculpatory evidence to be presented, he might have to be ready for that possible outcome.

It sounds to me like the shots get closer and closer to the final destination (MB). IDK. So it's either DW walking forward to MB, or MB walking forward towards DW.

I'm not sure, but that's what it sounds like to me.

I eliminated any crimes before 2010, he'd have been a juvenile before that. On one of the tabs, their address and DOB are listed. I counted four total entries for him for sure, a couple of possible minor ones were possible. LOL - One dude with same name looks like a career criminal, DOB in '87 I believe.

Those were the career criminal dude I was referring to. Look under parties and attorneys, tho not all have the DOB listed, many do.
