She has no phone, no debit/credit card and no significant amount of cash.
bold by me
Seems that if she were with a friend, someone would know about it, and things would be okay.
SMH because I think she is either lost, or someone has her -- or has had her, for bad reasons. Whichever -- she may well be in danger.
Hoping local law enforcement is involved in trying to find her.

I noticed the poster said she was from Galena and the article's say Kimberling City. They are not close to each other so where is she missing from?

June 19
According to the updated information from the sheriff's office, investigators are following up several tips in which she may have been seen in areas west of Branson in Taney County.

It’s been weeks since the disappearance of Haven Shelton.

She left her home in Kimberling City in the middle of the night three weeks ago. Her parents, Bob and Jennifer, say their daughter has special needs which requires her to take medication twice a day.

“The Stone County Sheriff here, they’ve been wonderful. They’ve worked very hard,” said Jennifer Shelton. “They have done a lot of ground searching through very forested and rugged areas. They’ve been on foot. They’ve searched acres and acres for her, and they haven’t been able to come up with anything.”

The family says the sheriff has interviewed friends and people that she knew, including searching areas that she is familiar with.

“They’ve searched homeless camps, and we have worked with any local organizations that work with homeless just to see if they’ve seen her or if, you know, left posters with them so that if they do see her that maybe they could contact the Stone County Sheriffs Department,” said Jennifer.

"She's not 19 mentally. She's more like probably a 13-year-old girl," said Jennifer Shelton. "She's very vulnerable to people. She's just kind of a childlike sort of person. We do have guardianship and conservatorship of her for that."

"She takes medication twice a day for multiple psychiatric disorders and she takes medication twice a day for seizure disorder," said Jennifer Shelton. "So the fact that she hasn't had them for three weeks is concerning. But the fact that she stopped those medications very suddenly is also very concerning."

She added that Haven Shelton has a history of trying to run away, going back to her preschool years. Alarm systems and security cameras have always been in place to prevent her from running away. But Jennifer Shelton said the batteries died the night of June 10, so they weren't alerted when the door opened.

"She came to live with us when she was 6 and we adopted her when she was 7, and since she's lived with us, she's never successfully run away," she said.

Jennifer Shelton has also organized the "Bring Haven Home" Facebook page, which has garnered nearly 2,000 followers. The page shares daily updates, news stories, and urges the public to keep an eye out for Haven Shelton. Most recently, Jennifer Shelton said new information indicates Haven Shelton may have been trying to hitchhike, possibly to Springfield.

Bring Haven Home FB group administered by her mom:

“We want Haven to know that she is not in trouble. She’s not in trouble with the police. We’re not angry with her,” Jennifer Shelton said. “We just want her to understand that she’s not in trouble.”

Haven was last seen in Stone County, around an hour from Springfield, but Jennifer says the reason they’re searching in the Queen City is based on some information they have received.

According to a follow-up report by Ozarks First, information that has been gathered over the last few weeks has led Haven’s family and volunteers to search some of the homeless areas around Springfield.
