Wasn't it reported he was still drunk the next day? Couldn't he have walked that if he wasn't in pain from drugs/booze?

If he was still drunk the next day I doubt he'd have the capacity to walk, unless he drank after he burnt the car and was home. He could have walked down little blue to 87th or Bannister to Raytown Road either way he'd have to pass under or over the highway at some point. There would be traffic cameras along the way. It would be a very long walk for anyone.

I was just thinking about when he burned the car. It was found Saturday, Jessica wasn't reported missing until Friday evening. Didn't he go into work Friday still drunk? And with cuts on his face? And was sent home? Am I mistaken that was there no mention of burns too? Didn't the reporter (the one who asked him questions) Say he had burns on his hands too? How would he expect to work with burned hands? I think maybe when he heard Jessica had been reported missing Friday Eve, that's when he went and burned the car. I don't think he walked, I think he drove another vehicle and left it nearby then walked to that vehicle.

Do you think the car was left under the bridge the whole time before he burned it? I have been thinking along the lines of the car was at his family's property or someplace else (wherever he killed her) and he took it to the bridge location to burn it after he heard they were looking for her. Even if he took another vehicle before hand for a fast getaway from the burning car, he had to have either walked or had help getting to/from the location one time. I also think he used her car to transport her body and that's why he burned it. He could have dumped her body anywhere and then went to the bridge for a misdirect. But looking at the map it is very close to a river. I hope they did a really detailed search all up and down the river.

I still have the picture I posted saved on my computer. JR in the picture is too close to the camera to see her clothing. KY looks like he is in all black.

It seems like there would be several if not more pictures from the party. Kids that age are constantly taking pictures of their night. Maybe they gave them to police and they aren't releasing them? who knows

So I'm presuming the clothing related to items that KU and Jessica were wearing at the party and items not recovered (Or there were no trace of) from Jessica's car.
If his grandfather's home is only 4.7miles away from the burn site, Do we think he walked back there with the burned clothing on him and burns to his face or did he have someone come pick him up? Did he ditch his own burned clothing on the route home?

There is always hope that LE can play up this guys ego until he breaks and wants to boast about his actions, didn't happen with Kara but I live in hope.

Hasn't seen KY since Friday morning.

Yust’s grandfather told the station KSHB he has not seen Yust since Friday morning.

The grandfather told KCTV5 he met Runions and she had been inside his home "about four or five times." He did say Kylr Yust spoke to him on Wednesday. He says his grandson wished him a happy birthday, but the case was not discussed

I just don't understand why. He had to have known he wasn't going to get away with it again. And this was his friend's girlfriend. JR and JM seemed very happy from their SM photos - it was obvious they cared about each other. Can KY just not control himself?

I wonder if this is the same ex girlfriend that filed the order of protection against him, for choking her and killing her kats. The one who said he told her he had watched the live go out of a persons eyes and that he had killed ex girlfriends in the past, that pigs even eat bones.

I'm not sure, I was thinking about that myself. I have a bunch of different scenarios buzzing round in my head and can't settle on one. I hope LE are actively checking traffic cams for the Equinox, that may help narrow down the possibilities.

I'm inclined to think he took off to Edwards to distance himself from the 'crime scene'. It's worrying we aren't hearing of LE searching fields, no divers searching rivers. We heard they searched 2 large areas at the weekend, but not where, or anything since. Why? I know the case is 'sealed' but usually reporters catch wind of searches.

It's not just you, those statements all seem to contradict each other. Maybe the media have the gpas mixed up? KY has 2 gpas, one in KC (AY), that was searched yesterday, the other in Edwards where KY was arrested Sunday.

Those articles have him at a gpa's on Thursday night at 9:30pm, when he was supposedly last seen with JR leaving the party. Edwards is too far for that. And gpa last saw him Thursday night, and Friday morning. Edwards Friday morning? KC Thursday night?

Yeah, someone is confused. I know I am too!

The Gpa is 85 years old. His wife died about 7 years ago so without someone there to talk to all the time I'm betting he's lost lots of short term memory.

I am thinking back to when I was house hunting, and when they said "cash" it meant you had to have the money upfront (no loan, straight cash). I wonder if it is the same when it says "cash bond"? They have to pay the total up front? In that case I couldn't see him making bond.

Damn. It's kind of sad. He didn't get much of a chance at life if he was drinking by age 11. Obviously many people have terrible upbringings, and don't turn into murderers, but it's clear that the adults in his life failed him miserably. Very sad. I hope he stays locked up.

Unfortunately I guess this means they don't have the evidence to tie him to any more serious crimes. I hope it's forthcoming. The good thing is lots of people from his life are coming forward and talking to media, so hopefully someone will have a tip that solves one or both of these cases.

Not surprised to hear he is bipolar.
Does he have a child?? If so I hope that they were never hurt by him and get some serious therapy/have a loving maternal family
