I'm afraid the links take you to the CaseNet site, but not to the case. Don't remember ever being able to link anything but the site itself. Still convenient!

Finally - charged with murder!

Abneys now charged with murder

Dec. 16, 2020

The Monday felony complaint was filed by Dent County Prosecuting Attorney Andrew Curley. Curley was not immediately available for comment Wednesday when reached by The Salem News.

The Abneys remain incarcerated in the Dent County Jail on a $500,000 bond. A preliminary hearing in the case is next scheduled for Jan. 21, 2021.
[.....]
The case’s probable cause statement details a visual inspection of the child’s body by a detective with the Dent County Sheriff’s Office found her bones were protruding, she was covered in bruises and she “appeared like a Holocaust victim.” It details the Dent County Coroner’s Office determined the child’s body weighed 39.8 pounds at death when inside a body bag with a blanket and attached medical equipment. A SMDH physician is also cited as determining the child had a blood sugar level of 10 and was so dehydrated a blood sample couldn’t be drawn.

and @Jewels53 - when you get a chance - no rush - can you see "what" the actual charge is for them? Probably a new case # I would think.
TIA!
