Balbirnie faces charges of second-degree murder, first-degree assault, forcible rape, and forcible sodomy. He is set to appear in court for a pre-trial conference on March 14, 2016. His jury trial is scheduled to begin on April 25, 2016.
Anthony Balbirnie, who is charged with the 2008 murder of a woman in Polk County, was sentenced to life in prison Sept. 23 in Cooper County for murdering Willard teenager Khighla Parks in 2012 at a home in Buffalo.
In June a jury in Cooper County found Balbirnie guilty of second-degree murder, second-degree statutory rape, tampering with physical evidence and abandonment of a corpse.
