Bless her heart. :( I hope there is some news today.

I'm local...do I have to be verified if I don't have any inside information?

From a local TV station http://www.abc17news.com/news.php?id=1925

***UPDATE THURSDAY 4:24 P.M.***

Family and friends of Kylan Stubler, 17, have planned a candlelight vigil from 7 to 9 p.m. in Bethel Park in south Columbia.

***************************************
I rarely watch the local news on TV because I am online so much, but in my little corner of Columbia no one is talking about this disappearance. I'm glad the stories online are being updated. There is also a small blurb in the local paper on page 2, but nothing new. He's such a nice looking boy. I hope he has just made a bad choice, but one that he can reverse and learn from.

I know it is so sad. There is hardly any local media attention on this case.

COLUMBIA, MO. -- Update: April 28 at 9:45 p.m.

Friends and family held a vigil to remember Kylan Stubler. Dozens showed up to keep their thoughts positive about his safe return. Friend Ashley Lary says Kylan had dozens of friends through high school, college and family circles.

I would like to have a BBQ this Sunday, at 5:00 at Bethel Park marking the 1 year disappearance of this much love and missed young man- whatever happened to Kylan, and the details surrounding his disappearance is still unknown, and is still in Gods hands. While I don't understand any of this, nor have I ever stopped hoping and praying for a happy ending to this tragic story, I have to have hope that whatever happens and comes to light, that we WILL SOMEDAY KNOW THE TRUTH. Hope at times is a very confusing and difficult thing to hold near to our broken hearts, but we have to put one foot in front of the other and hold the good memories tight and near our hearts- Kylan would want that.
