Regarding murder... my top theories:
1. Cash (dancers, bartenders, waitresses, drug dealers,etc all carry large amounts of cash and whether Toni was 1 or all of the above - cash is a huge motive)
2. Partying gone wrong (unintentional OD or just too damn much and a cover-up started)
3. Intentional from someone she knew (LE,tow truck driver, manager, patron -us WS members know all too well there is no real motive for many murders).
4. Wrong place wrong time (although not very plausible to me, unless she was followed or there were others down in the lot or by the ramp)

MOO, IMO, and all that jazz =)

Was there any LE confirmation that this is closed and there is no further investigating going on? I may have missed it.

Also, I PERSONALLY don't FEEL that this was suicide or an accident for many reasons (none are fact based, just off of personal party scene experiences, her twitter, etc.) ...but I've been wrong more than once [emoji6]

I also wanted to state (because I haven't seen it mentioned),I was PRESCRIBED Adderall for weight loss ...and boy did it work. I didn't have a problem stopping after 1 year though, as some do.

Can you expound upon this ? So are you saying police knew that she was actively playing or she had played in the past? And which one are they aware of. And also, how do you know this crucial information?

But I m surprised that he didn't personally give us a verification update.

So maybe he decided not to.

But anyways.

You get too many time outs when voicing disagreements with a insider.

So it could be for the best for some.

I remember reading on FB that Toni went to work that night at 9 p.m. Also was said her boyfriend was in bed at the time she went to work. She stayed late to help clean up and the club closes at 3 a.m. Pete Sr. could verify but sounds like he's not verified yet. Am sure he must have been the person who gave this info on FB. There was a gal that worked with Toni at Chrome posting too so it could have been her but think it was Pete Sr. who would have gotten info from his son, I assume.

I assume most everything said by Pete Sr. is coming from his son, who was Toni's boyfriend. Pete Sr. did travel from Okla. to K.C. once Toni was missing.
 
Because no one posted to my questions about a CI and if Law Enforcement would fake a death, I'm assuming they would not do that. I tried Googling to find an answer but came up with nothing.

Basically, I believe the officer that pulled Toni over knew she was playing Pokemon Go because he would have seen many other players do the same thing I believe Toni did, ie., make a quick trip down W. 26 Ave. to visit the pokestop.

I also have easy answers to all the questions. Why did she start playing again? Why keep it from Pete? Why play at 5 in the morning?

It all makes perfect sense.

This does make sense but maybe not perfect sense. Why would Toni not have mentioned to anyone she was playing Pokemon? She sent a text to her friend saying she just just got pulled over again. Wouldn't she have mentioned this was because of her playing Pokemon?

If it was a simple accident LE would be releasing a lot of info because of all the implications of a "dirty cop". They don't want their agency portrayed that way. Why refuse to reveal information that dispels the "dirty cop" theory? I don't think either are the correct scenario. JMO

I've never played Pokemon but do have a question I hope you can take the time to answer. the manger of Chrome, Sonny, told LE Toni said she was going to a QT on SW Blvd. Then it was said on an activist's page on FB, that Toni was to meet up with three men at a body shop located just 2 mins. from said QT. If Toni was wanting to play pokemon wouldn't there be places to play in the vicinity of her meeting? Why would she, at the last minute, go North and avoid the Sw Boulevard area? Why not go to her meeting and then play Pokemon or continue to play?

I don't think LE responds to "dirty cop" conspiracies on the internet though, you know?

No mainstream news sources have mentioned the idea, so by WS's own rules, the idea is purely speculation (and by a very small amount of people).
 
The only way I am inclined to think about a murder scenario is that IF Toni and maybe Pete jr were "shaken down" by someone before she died...... as in someone threatened, harassed, intimidated and/or stole money from them in a situation where they were not able to make a police report.

ETA: and, again, I think if someone was living this lifestyle where this could happen..... this person is also living a messy life and could be capable of suicide
 
Pokemon are always at certain places and randomly show up at others. She may have gone to where she knew a bunch of them would pop up.
