On September 28th at 1:30 am Shelby Dasher gave birth to Tyler Daniel Dasher he weighed 9 lbs. and 5 oz. and he was 21.5 in. long.

I'm in the city too. We drove right by this scene last night coming home from a friends house. Poor baby.
