Team Sales Manager
I lead a team of 20 individuals that sell to 800,000
coaches, clubs and schools in the US. I was
responsible for over $22m in revenue and was
instrumental in creating a sales team out of call
center staff. I also worked closely in the review
process and launch of the Team catalog as well as the
sales training and techniques that were implemented in
the contact center. I was a member of the management
group that oversaw operations of the call center and
$80m in revenue.

objectives. My primary role was to act as a liaison
between my business partners and Hewlett Packard. I
grew HP business by managing the needs of my clients;
which include: training of sales and technical
engineers, market development, joint sales calls,
developing business plans, handling escalations,
creating special pricing terms. I was responsible for
over $30 million in Channel Business. Worked out of
