Thanks for reminding me of DT's reference to her text message.

On a separate note: Upon looking at "George Mister Jr." (whose name is clearly visible in the interview)...

I now feel that the Panolian article regarding the GM Jr. who was arrested for the wild kidnapping/robbery in December 2012 is NOT the same as "George Mister Jr." of this interview.

Since the "2012 GM Jr." was described as being familiar to LE since 1994, that would make the character in the interview approximately 40+ years old. However that character appears younger; my guess would be a young, 30-something. Thus I am guessing that the "2012 GM Jr." is his father; I am also guessing that the reference then to "gang leader of MVL" relates to the father.

Thanks for the input, Zool. Take a look again at the picture provided on the Jan. 1 2013 Pangolin article (Regarding his Dec. 8, 2012 arrest)-http://www.panolian.com/editionviewer/default.aspx?Edition=283e197e-2be2-48f6-b2e4-2fb24ab88871&Page=900633b3-6c2a-4674-81e8-2fe46d490dc1. Then take a look at the GM in the video-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVjpiwgs6fc. I am confident that this is the same person. I do love to proven wrong (seriously-I do). I am basing my confidence on the GM in the interview and the GM in the paper being the same person on MOO, and with what I am seeing personally. Now, I am curious to do some research and find out if my confidence coincides with facts.... Thanks for the insight and as always, keep the good info coming! I feel that the research that you have provided thus far in this thread has been instrumental in keeping this mission that we all share, from going stale. :tyou:

I hesitate to even ask this question, because frankly I believe that if she was, we would have learned it before now, but since at least a few people have opined that Jessica MAY have been pregnant, I am wondering if Mississippi is a state that would allow prosecutors to charge someone with two counts of murder if she was and they are ever apprehended and brought to trial. Does anyone here know?

I can only hope she was not pregnant. As horrible as this murder was, that would make it even worse in my eyes.

Thank you, Han. i appreciate that. It is very frustrating to not be able to link back to info. And I certainly wouldn't blame anyone for questioning the info. I would encourage everyone to question pretty much anything anyone says about the case, including MSM because there are some definite inconsistencies between sources. It's all very confusing.

BBM...this seems like a good time to reiterate that, to my knowledge, there are no verified insiders on this thread.

Ok, I found a link with the GM mugshot (of him smiling) from his arrest 1-10-2014, the recent one from which he promptly bonded out. The birthday listed is 08/18/1970, making him 44.

Hope this helps!
----edit---
I'm adding the arrest info from the Panolian, regarding Mr. Mister's hold on Dec. 17th... although no birth date is given in the Pangolin, it does list the same exact name, George Douglas Mister Jr.; the exact name listed on the vinelink for his arrest Jan. 10.

With the news interview being aired the 19th, it makes sense that the GM being interviewed by the news is the same GM who was shown on the arrest log for the 17th.

I have a snip from FB posts from Jessica's mother and half sister that disputes the fact that Jessica lived with the Rudd's but I can't remember if this was from the Justice for Jessica FB page. When I snipped it, I didn't get the date and I'm having trouble finding it.

It was on Tom Dees FB page. He is a local news reporter.

Sorry, but I'll have to disagree. If you look at the photo of George Mister, Jr. on the front page of the January 1, 2013 Panolian, you'll see a man who looks nearly identical to the George Douglas Mister, Jr. who was interviewed on Fox News 6 with Rachel/Denise Tutor.

I thought we'd established a few threads ago that this IS the same man, and he is out while awaiting trial for the "kidnapping, armed robbery, assault, resisting arrest, drug possession, and felony firearm possession" charges. (page A3, Jan. 1, 2013, The Panolian)

Taking another look at that interview on Fox 6, Tutor said she was questioned because of a text message she sent to Jessica a couple of days before her death. (I know I had been confused about this earlier, thinking GM had sent the text, but it was DT, not GM). When GM is asked about how he knew Jessica, he replies "she's a good friend." We talked about the smirk from Tutor for pages awhile ago.

What I didn't pay as much attention to the first time around is that GM seems to indicate that police were implicating him in the crime the way they questioned him, when Tutor jumps in.

GM: "They saying I. . ."
"It was a lover's quarrel," interrupts DT
GM: "It was a lover's quarrel."

(emphasis mine)

It could be that he just couldn't get his words together first, but it does look like he was about to say that the police were saying GM had done something.
ibm
GM's arrests apparently have NOTHING to do with Jessica's murder.
imoo
As far as I've read he is NOT a POI. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

IMO, doesn't the fact that he admitted, on camera, to having been questioned in regards of an alleged lovers quarrel involving himself and JC, allude that he was at some point a POI?

Not a single person has been named a POI. Boy, I hope that changes soon.

I did a little sleuthing for Charlotte's comments about the party. She may speak as if she had first-hand knowledge but she never places herself at the scene.

Sometimes people are quiet because they fear for their lives. Or they may fear for their children.

Has anyone considered the possibility that someone or someones might have suddenly (on purpose) stepped out in front of her car and while swerving to miss them without having time to brake, she did go up that incline and almost hit the tree before she could stop the car? Just a thought.
I did consider that possibility as well as someone doing a maneuver on her to get her car to take a sharp right (such as police might use). Doesn't explain the seats being reclined or the parking brake being on. If it was a near miss or an ambush-like situation, the driver's seat would still be upright as she would have been driving and gotten out when she stopped, imo.

I don't know why I feel this way, but I just have a gut feeling we are never going to hear that someone is a POI in this case, or a suspect, unless and until at least one or two arrests have been made for her murder, and maybe someone else flees before they can be arrested. JMO

No, he hasn't been named as an official POI, but since everything I wrote was from MSM, we are free to analyze what he said about being questioned regarding Jessica's murder.

so, I'm focusing on the car here, bc it's been said that JC had her car taken away from her for some time. I also think she was not in the car when it was set on fire, and that she was standing when lit on fire (hence soles of her feet not burned). Could this be mostly about the car? her car specifically, and what it meant for her, allowed her to do, or what the purpose of the car was?

I think JC was set on fire intentionally with intent to kill, but we have heard that people think "it went too far" so possibly that was not the case/intent.

So, is the car itself an important factor in this? It was burned beyond belief, as was JC. If she were not in the car as I believe, why set the car on fire as well, unless just to make it look like the car exploded and it was an accident that she was burned.
I don't think the car was staged to look like an accident, but it would not exclude an intent to blow up the car. Interesting angle that it could have been about the car though. Food for thought. Punishment? Threat gone awry? Control?

I think we won't hear someone named a POI because doing so could be deemed prejudicial. There is a reliance on the Grand Jury system of prosecution. The two arrested did bond out. So I think it is a good bet this investigation is already before the Grand Jury.

If the person can make the bond, there is no preliminary hearing.

Step 4: Grand Jury/Indictment. Whether a defendant makes bond or not, the case, should the DA wish to proceed, is then turned over to the Grand Jury where the members decide whether or not to indict the defendant for the crime charged.

You could be correct because the Feds are involved. They are sneaky like that. ;) However, I think (or it is my opinion and I know I say "I think" a lot instead of IMO)...when search warrants are issued then we will be informed by the media so we can begin to follow their path.
