MT - 2 dead in snowmobile lake-cross bid

According to Lt. Doyle Peck, of the Cache County Sheriff’s Office, the search for Lawrence Orduno, a 48-year-old male from Arizona, will continue tomorrow at 7 a.m.
Meanwhile, Park and Recreation staff members are planning on grooming the trails in the area at night in an effort to help rescue efforts.

“We’re still hopeful we’ll find him,” Peck said, noting Orduno appears to have some oranges and granola bars with him, according to information provided by the family.

I hope that is true, visibility has been too poor up until this point to use the helicopter.

UPDATE: Lt. Doyle Peck has confirmed missing snowmobiler has been found and appears to be okay. Crews are working on moving him out of area.

this snowshoer here wasn't as lucky.... Found out about it when I wanted to go to paradise and the road was closed due to search...... Looks like they found him a bit later...
