Hi Everyone:

Sorry for my absence here lately... have had a medical crisis at home that is finally resolving so things are getting back to normal.

Verna called me yesterday and there are no new updates. Missing Peices was supposed to do a show but Todd Matthews got called away on a trip and it had to be postponed.

I hope to be spending more time here now that things are getting back to normal again.

Happy holidays to you all!

Did anyone manage to get a better description or photo of the third ring?

Just a thought Jocke is a Swedish name. Pronounced Yo-kay
True, but the 2nd posting for this thread states a camper remembers his name being "Jock" as in that was the pronunciation upon meeting. My ex used to work with a guy named "Jacques" and his family was originally from Quebec. He was raised in the US and everyone just called him "Jock" with the hard J sound versus the softer sh plus z sound for Jacques. I never knew he was really a "Jacques" until he started having children and gave them all very French names!

Hi all,

Update on the DNA:

It is still not back yet. In fact, the lab in Texas tells Verna as of last week, that they have not even STARTED working on it yet. :banghead:

It keeps getting pushed to the back of the line for more high-priority cases.

Verna is frustrated.

(Can't say I blame her, either)
