If they can find other means to charge the family they can do so. Otherwise, they can't "use" any of their words under the use immunity deal against them. So they need more evidence that just self-incriminating statements. Did that make sense?

I agree. I think the more he thought about it, and where it was, etc., the more it drove him nuts! Poor guy, I feel for him.
I don't blame him about being wary to get involved in this mess!

And, there were several other's interested in that area, talking about it--even possibly reading the tip the friend gave the detective back in July, the cell pings etc etc--then, add the gut feeling in.

No way this guy was involved in any way--I think he was just off in the first report OR the cop wasn't listening.

Predatory greed -- I liked MK's analogy about how these bad psychics are very vague and abstract so that most outcomes will fit what they said.

LP floated the idea that the reason the deputy did not find anything with the MR was because they, too, were at the "wrong set of pavers". He says the deputy should not be charged with anything, because MR, and later PIs, were both told the remains were near the pavers, but there are two sets of pavers and both the August visits by MR and the November visits by PIs were at the wrong set. LP seems pretty convinced.

Me: FWIW, it shows in the record of the deputy visit that he was there 40 minutes, as has been reported. I just looked that up in the document thread. That sure is a lot of time for the deputy to do what MR said: scan his head back and forth and say he didn't see anything.

I think I may be standing alone on this, but I think MR is on the up and up, no daisy chain, not tipped off, he just went with his gut, was persistant and found her. Am I alone?

So far I'm not really seeing anything about him to make him part of LP's daisy chain or some conspiracy, but those PIs are another story altogether ~ MOO!

But now my hinky meter is going off. If RK was just in the woods, saw a garbage bag, WHY would he feel the need to report garbage? Unless he was tipped off (as LP suggested). And he wanted a body to be found. I mean, if he only pointed out a garbage bag in the water, what would make the cop or anybody else suspicious. Did RK see something "white" at this time??? Did he smell something??? I mean, WHY did he want the cop to go in the water to get a garbage bag?????

ITA, why wail until 9:30pm on both occasions to call? Also, it was a dumping ground for alot of trash bags, why did he pick 1 particular bag? My theory. He was a Bounty Hunter for 13 yrs, I think he had a scanner that picks up conversations from cordless phones & cell phone, I've heard them & they are crystal clear.

If you saw something suspicious around 1:30 or 2:30 why on earth would you wait until 9:30 at night to call police?

And, now a fellow meter reader is appearing to back up his story. Who in the world at this point would get their name involved in this if at all avoidable? I think RK is telling the truth. Always did. I have a good gut, just need to listen to it more often.

Totally agree, I think most people run their ideas/suspicions by someone else to make sure its not super-influenced by their own life experience (projecting a problem), or they're just being paranoid. No one wants to come out with egg on his face IMO

Lol, caller with very strong accent asking about everyone having attorneys and if it is legal to make money on books, movies, etc. NG: Son of Sam laws have been reversed, in FL there is in place a law that does not allow profit from criminal noteriety. KC can't profit off of it but people in her family may be able to.

She is a little behind the brother, I think because of the circumstances of her birth. Was in NICU.

I was posting because NG manages to fit in her kids in the strangest places, I find it odd to talk about Caylee's remains and her baby walking in the same breath. JMHO of course.

I must stick up for Sylvia Brown, my neighbor was murdered........her mother and a friend was in the audience and SB told them what happened and who did it and it was true. Also a boy was murdered in our town and his killer did suicide in ARZ. While the LE was looking for boy, a lady came into my business and wanted no one to know but me who was to tell the family where she 'saw' a 'sign' that said something about Everygreens. He was found on Spruce rd...............some people do have a gift, some are fake. IMO
