I e-mailed LP the other night, asking if he would consider giving Tim, the $50,000 that he offered to anyone leading him to Caylee.

I haven't heard back, but I'm hoping he will ... and he may have all ready.

He lost the $50,000 on this case on that bond. You don't get your money back when you post a bond like that. It is gone regardless if the bond is revoked or not.

It sure could have been better spent giving it to TES at the time and I believe he realizes that now. It also cost him over $1,000 per day for her body guards and other things, so he is already into this a ton of money.

One night while Tp and LP(via a mod on the phone) were in chat ,someone asked if they would be witnesses for the prosecution and they said "NO", it was weird.

that was me that asked and i found it to be strange as well. i still think its a possibilty that at least the female bh will and rob

Actually, they just have to prove that Caylee is dead. Then prove that no one else had access to the vehicle that held the evidence other than Casey - also not to difficult to do. If they have decomp in the trunk and it is Caylee's, it a logical conclusion. Who else would have any motive to kill the child. It's the same motive that Scott Peterson had - he wanted freedom -he wanted his family erased - Casey wanted to party, so she erased Caylee.

I wish all they had to do was prove no one else had access to the vehicle but I'm afraid they may have to prove more than that. KC's legal team would be able to postulate that someone else was responsible for sweet Caylee's death and put her in the trunk of KC's car for disposal--even with KC's knowledge. KC would be an accessory but not totally responsible (murder 1). The fact that KC was in sole possession of the car still does not show that she and only she is responsible for the actual murder. It would link her but not prove that she and only she committed the crime, in my way of thinking. That's why, I guess, time, place, and Caylee's remains are so very important.

what? 31 days? Please don't misunderstand me, I think she's guiltier than sin but in court common sense and grey areas don't count. I feel confident that LE must have enough to convict her but it would have to rest on more than the fact that KC was the only person with access to the car that had the decomp evidence in it. Don't you think?

If GA just now put $50 into Casey's jailhouse account, I wonder if they were out of money last week and had to make the prisoner wait until a paycheck came in. I know it's none of my business, but I can't help but wonder.

IMO, what a waste of $50.00. It would have been much better used if donated to TES!!

Amazing...the Mexican drug cartel is a safer place to be for a child than a Mexican nanny... Come on KC, the drug cartel takes a kid and the kid is found safe yet the nanny takes off???

What a comparison between the 2 cases. As for the photos or lack of, I am sure KC's people will have some explanation for that:

1: Oh, this is temporary anyway
2: We haven't been able to get them to her!
3: The jail might find a way or using them to make $ off them, you know the media and LE are all against KC and want to expolit this for $

CA will likely go running to see Casey with some pictures of Caylee after NG brought it up. They have not been there to visit her yet ,I didnt see a purse with her when she was arrested that may contain a pic., not that Casey would carry any. CA has commented on some of what NG says , so it is obvious she watches NG to keep up with public opinion.

So no photos? Question for anyone good with evidentiary admission - if they can use her "good behavior" in jail as character evidence, can they introduce this evidence that she didn't even put up a picture of Caylee?

why oh why does the nancy grace show play the same clip over and over during a show while cutting off the guests wed actually like to hear from ? If I was her id let lenard Padilla talk for more than 10 seconds he ussually has some interesting details to share but is cut off while the clips repeat and repeat I wonder why she would choose to do this?

They say Casey is a model prisoner. Since she's not bouncing off the walls insane, I don't see what else she can do except be good when sitting in a tiny room alone 23 hours per day.
