JB said it's her right not to, which does makes sense, cuz the GJ is really for the prosecution anyway, to see if there is enough evidence for a case...so yea, it does make sense now that I think about it.......

If she is subpoenaed, she can and will invoke her Fifth Amendment Constitutional right, not to incriminate herself.

It's unlikely she will even be called to GJ.

Hi! Yes, you heard right. Mark Williams is saying LE needed a search warrant to get it.

I am so wondering why he is refusing the DNA sample. Wonder what he has to hide. Everyone else complied.
