There's a thread on bashing Nancy in the Parking lot. Thsi is not the place to bring that up. Nancy has done a great deal to keep this case in the forefront. If it was my granddaughter, I'd kiss the ground Nancy walked on for not letting this disappearance die.

I just love me some NG. Love her hair, her clothes and her accent. Might not always agree with her opinions but I doubt she would agree with all of mine. Greta head for this hills and left Caylee behind but NG has hung in there and I give her kudos and credit for that. Hugs & Kisses to the twins.:blowkiss:

Hello everyone, this is my first post, I have been reading all these posts for months, I hope I'm putting this in the right place. I have a few questions, on NG tonight did anyone else hear her say the word remains in regards to Caylee, and does anyone think KC looks like she is with child in the photo of her in the blue blouse, is there a record of what she has bought while in jail, such as tampons. Thanks

Which blue blouse? Which picture?
Welcome to WS:)

She didnt purchace any in that first order, Oct 30th. (dont know if theres been others since then?).
If it was me, I'd be buying tampons ahead of a bra, just in case there was no money left when I needed them. (Why do you need a bra when you are locked in your cell alone for the majority of the day?Who cares about saggy *advertiser censored*, when your daughter is 'missing'?)
But then Kc has never been good with her money, and shopped based on want rather than need, so I guess its not unusual for her.
IIRC there was a post a while back saying that inmates were only able to get pads, not tampons, but still.....

FWIW, it was a "sports bra" a must for everyone behind bars, you know. :waitasec:

You think bringing up ONLY 2 cars tested by the body farm was a valid point? Kobi has been bouncing off the wall with "stupidity" since his wallet has been overflowing with blood money! I think NG is very informative and I appreciate her one sided-ness because she is an advocate for the "victim".

 Yes she is and that would be Caylee Marie Anthony in this case!

It seems many get off on these types of crimes with a slap on the hand...no jail with a promise to pay restitution. That is what the defense attorneys were implying in my opinion...

I know each person should be treated equally but I am crossing my fingers, toes, and eyes that she gets some hefty jail time.

Crossing everything here too.........I agree, this is not usually a serious crime, BUT it sure speaks volumes when one is out shopping with stolen money when your child is dead at your own hands. KC has no conscience:mad: and I want her to pay for every single crime she committed.

ETA: I am speaking to the "talking heads" on NG, not you misheley. I agree with you:blowkiss:

*sounded like I was calling you out and I was not:)*

Nate saying AL wasn't there long with Baez..is that what I heard? Sorry talking husband.

MD Mommy... duct tape is good cure for that! Just remind him, as I do mine, that the silence rule during the NFL games goes for NG too!

She may not get much if any jail time for the thefts, but when it comes to the federal wire fraud charges I'd bet she does.

A lot of people's hopes are riding on TM this upcoming weekend. He is a good man, and he wants Caylee found. I'm glad Nancy was respectful to him tonight.

I don't recall seeing any charging docs that substantiated they were gonna go with the federal wire fraud charges (believe these would be for her paying her cell phone bill online). Are these charges being brought in too? That would be a good thing.

Thinaire and Truth, would you mind...there has been speculation that CA reads here and we don't want to just give her another...this is what happened. Some crazy freak came with duct tape

Ooops, sorry TWSYF...am didin't mean to steal the duct tape! Am just reading through the thread now...had to catch Nancy at 8 instead of 6...

And...it's over. But her twins really are precious. Man, she can shed a tear faster than anyone.......tee hee

Her babies are darn cute! I'm not bothered by how much she shows them off - she's a proud Mama! I would be too if they were mine.

Hadn't heard anything about federal wire fraud charges, but I have to wonder if she gets any significant amount of jail time (over 1 year) will she go to an actual prison and then be transferred back for her upcoming court appearances? I think an actual prison setting may be a little different for her than jail - it may do her good.

Prayers that Tim and crew are able to find this precious child. I have so much love in my heart for Caylee. Tim is such a hero - albeit a humble one!

It has been my experience that people convicted of these types of crimes will often be sentenced to more time in prison than child molesters. You are right though, they do tend to get off easy.

I think the federal wire fraud charges may be nil and void, as the check was not cashed by the bank, so the payment was not "actually" made. It was sent back to the phone company if I am not mistaken and the funds were never removed from Amy's account. There may still be some kind of charge that can be brought against her for it, but I am thinking they may let it go on by.

I think the judge may use this as an alternative preemptive punishment (I hope my English is correct here!! Sorry! I'm Dutch) in the event that KC doesn't get convicted on the murder charge. In this way, if the judge does sentence to the maximum consecutive and not concurrent punishment, he could in effect put her away for 65 years. Time off for time served she'd be out in 30. If that's the only way to get some justice for Caylee, then so be it.

It's a weak justice at best, but one that is now available to the judge to utilize to the utmost.

I realize I'm answering this a day late and a dollar short, but sports bras are all that is available to inmates at most jails nowadays. This is because they don't have any underwire or anything else in the construction that an inmate could remove and use for some other purpose. I guess they make weapons out of the wires or something. But this was the explanation I got when a female relative was locked up and I had to go buy her bras and underwear.
