This was on here way to jail the day of the arrest on murder charge!

Not only was there a fight. Lee told JG that Cindy tried to strangle Casey. It was in the docs released today.

Yup!! I noticed a couple of times in KC's interviews that she was ready to fess up.

Makes you wonder, is JB doing the right thing because KC harmed Caylee in an obvious way that would guarantee Murder 1 or -- is JB seeking his moment of glory at the trial?

I have said all along that the combination of CA and JB are taking KC closer and closer to LWOP if not DP. If it was an accident or mitigating circumstances KC should have plead and I think LE would have been more lenient.

JB has made it a high stakes all or nothing game and is/was that the right thing to do? -- does he not care about KC and is blazing a path towards fame which would not have been much kudos if KC had fessed and taken LE to Caylee?

Major things that make you go Hmmmm, my sense is JB wants the glory in a trial of the century rather than just doing the right thing. KC is ill advised by JB and CA.

ETA: Not only that but all this stuff is coming out on the family that is ugly when it could have been stopped, they are paying a HIGH price.

I agree with you. The right thing would have been for her to tell the truth whatever her truth is tho. If it led to Caylee's body...then whatever story she made up would be fine with me.

Baez, of course, isn't interested in the right thing to do. He doesn't give a flying flip about Caylee or Casey, imo. Why would he?! He is there to defend her...not to tell the truth or to find Caylee's body. He does want the glory, imo.

If they do it now, they will lawyer up again and Cindy will stop spouting off the things that LE wants to hear. This is not a normal case for anyone involved and I believe there will eventually be charges, but why not wait to add Perjury?

sounds to me that with the searches she did (chloroform, escort sites, self defense and breaking necks), the following scenario could also fit:

Gets a job as an escort, chloroforms the john so she can steal from them. If she gets caught by the john, she uses self defense and then breaks their neck.

OR,

She could have been planning to just "off" the whole family, each in a different way.

Poor Caylee just got caught up in the middle of the mess..

Don't forget a shovel to bury them with.

I've made a trip from Ok to PA and celebrated my 1st Grandbaby's 1st B-Day today, plus cooking and shopping all day...and I log in and this.....I'm blown away...noway I can catch up. I'm pdfing the docs so I can read on the way home. I have one thought....I have the "male" version of KC as a son and the handwriting notes at the beginning of NG caught my attention. Our son stole our credit cards and left during the night but later we found in his room....where he had been "practicing" forging my hubbys sig....KC's history.... just a thought

HAPPY AND SAFE THANKSGIVING....!!! Cocoamom....you keep us all laughing...Special!! He never killed anyone.....not even close lol.....
