Jose says Casey does not need to take a polygraph because she has told the truth of what she knows.

An expert on Greta a few weeks ago said habitual liars can pass a polygraph.

That's funny because JB had her take one in his office... she must have failed it.

With all the evidence mounting against Casey, I really believe LE will re-arrest her for murder. I've known lesser evidence to get suspects arrested. And this time there will be no bond. Just my feelings, of course. No way they'll let her stay out....

I can't even type this for crying. Little Caylee so many loved you but the most important ones didn't care enough but to cover their lying butts.

I just wish we could get her tubes tied. You KNOW she will get herself knocked up, if shye thinks that will nail a particular guy. Or, to get the attention of having an infant.

IF Baez believed in a heartbeat that she was really innocent of all of this, he'd arrange for a private one. I still predict he will be left with egg on his fade, no client and out of money for all he has done for her.

Hi, LaLaw I have to disagree with you about Dr. K. I have seen and watched him for years, and I think he is the single most unbiased forensic specialist I have ever seen.

If he were to be hired by a defense, I believe he would give the most favorable (yet still honest) opinion he could for his client; however, I am very confident that he would NOT lie as we've seen with Henry Lee, Baden and others. When the prosecution got its turn, he would answer truthfully, even if it didn't help his client.

On Nancy's show, she will often ask him what something means and what innocent or alternate explanations there might be for it. Then she'll jump on him for answering exactly as she'd asked him to do. She does that with a lot of her guests, I've noticed! :crazy:

Like I said last night, I could be wrong about Dr. K., but I truly believe he is a very honorable and earnest man who would never sully his reputation or sell his soul for money or fame. So many of the experts pervert the truth til there is nothing left of it, and some are willing to blatantly lie for their paycheck. I would eat my hat -- better yet, LP's hat -- if Dr. K. ever did such a thing.

I hope he never lets me down in that way. I would lose faith not only in him, but in the whole of hired expert testimony (and I have very little faith in paid experts as it is). I don't mean to be contrary...please don't think I'm arguing. I just hate to see someone I believe to be a truly good and honest man thought of in terms that I think don't apply to him.

If you're not familiar with him, I'd just ask you to give him the benefit of the doubt til he does something nasty (then I'll help beat him up myself!).

Meanwhile, It's going to be interesting to see what the media does from now on. The public despises the Anthonys, LE has their number, but no media outlet will get an interview if they criticize any member of the family or even ask tough questions. It'll have to be the A's way or the highway.

I think we're in for a massive amount of pro A propaganda. That's what the publicists are there for.

I suspect that the family, if not Casey directly, will profit from this tragedy. Perhaps this factor alone might motivate LE to charge George and Cindy with something in connection with Caylee's disappearance. It's evident that LE despises the Anthony family.

Of course, an innocent Lee Anthony would be eligible to receive family profits. So there's one loophole to this idea.

You're much more familiar with him than I am, but I noticed last night the minute Nancy said the word *chloroform* he came back with *chlorine* -- like immediately. I thought that was weird and he was skewing the discussion to some very far out possibility. He seemed like he had an agenda for sure.

I was surprised to read in the jumbled chat with TP just now that he doesn't think the Cin and Geo have done anything illegal and they won't be charged. Doesn't sit right with me. How can TP say that????

They're evil geniuses I swear. How do people learn to manipulate the system so well? You're probably right too. They've made this whole thing so convoluted right out of the gate -- went on the offensive so aggressively immediately after the 911 call... hostile, manipulative, untruthful, in your face lying. I think it took everyone, including LE, completely off-guard. Sigh.
