I was folding some clothes thinking about the NG show and it struck me--I think LP is giving Lee some idigestion back, for that pizza Lee let LP eat. He made the statement week or so back about maybe Lee could be dad (worded as question/cover me arse) Now he's got the lie detector thing going. Seems to me he's on Lee's heels.

Hmmm... it makes you wonder why they didn't want to take the lie detector test. I guess it could be because they are afraid that the test will come out inaccurate. I'm not too familar with Lie Detector tests besides the fact they can't be used in court, and what not.

Lee has been running this show for quite some time now....odd???
He made the decision and his parents just went along with HIM....now what did Lee convince them of for this to be taking place...MG, he is only 26....not like the elder in the family or something.....they take directions from him...??? !!!

And at first, they agreed to, and then he came back out and said, No, we`re not going take lie detector tests at all.

GRACE: Wait. Are you talking about George and Cindy Anthony...

PADILLA: Yes.

GRACE: ... were asked to take a polygraph and they declined?

PADILLA: At first, they agreed. And then when Lee went back in there, he
came back out and told us that he told them, No, we`re not going to take lie detector tests...

GRACE: Why?

PADILLA: ... and neither was he. I don`t know. I told him that was the best way to get cleared by the FBI of any charges or anything like that that might be coming down the road. And he said, No, I don`t care if we`re not cleared. We`re not taking them.

I never knew that LP was a confidante of Lee's. When did he become that? In my opinion, I don't think any of this true.

I could be totally wrong as my brain is about fried...but hasn't LP alluded to the fact that he has talked to LA via phone etc? I seem to recall him saying that they talk on the phone. I remember finding it odd b/c obviously the A's despise him.

He said on NG about two weeks ago that Lee called him every day. The next week, he said that after he left, he heard from none of them?????

There is NO WAY in hell a person is going to go to jail for 50 years for passing bad checks. It wont happen - ever - anywhere - not in this country - not in China - Russia - Iraq or anywhere else

Hi, Boston.

Look at the Bobby Cutts (police officer) case where he was accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend. The jury found him guilty of murder (can*t remember which degree), and several other lesser crimes. The judge sentenced BC to consecutive sentences (one sentence after the other) for his crimes instead of concurrent sentences (like two 5 year sentences side by side for a total of 5 years instead of 10 years).

ETA: My point is BC would have been eligible for parole in like 25 to 30 years with the jury*s sentence, but the judge sentenced BC with consecutive sentences for his crimes so he isn*t eligible for parole for 58 years.

This Casey person has racked up criminal charges!
stealing and lying and who knows what else!
telling lies about getting her parent's house?

I do believe I remember reading somewhere that Cindy either paid her parents back the money KC stole, or convinced them NOT to press charges. I can't confirm this as fact, sorry. I'm a newbie and still learning the site.

As for Cindy and George, they have never done anything but enable KC to continue her irresponsible behavior. This family is sick. They live in their own world with their own set of laws and rules. Cindy and George's denial to us seems unbelievable, but to them it's the only way to protect their own world.
As far as LA goes, what do you expect? He is as out of touch with reality as the rest of them. I know why KC is denying any knowledge, because she might be looking at lethal injection if she tells the truth.
But Cindy and George- Wow. To love their granddaughter as much as they say they do, they certainly haven't moved Heaven and earth to find her. And Lee, I can't even go there right now, especially if LP is right and he was the one who refused to take a polygraph and pleaded for his parents not to take one either.
That's not the behavior of innocent, and truthful family members who claim to only want Caylee found.
