Thank you. And I agree. But you might get bombed here a bit for thinking like that.

I agree too. I especially hate when she asks the question and interrupts so she doesn't hear the answer to her own question. But for some sick reason I watch her every night. I must say, though, that I find myself saying, Oh, I heard that on ws the other night, that's not new news.....

I'll be very disapointed if the Guardian Angels protect the Anthony's. I've always thought they were VICTIM ADVOCATES. I hope they realize anyone who inserts themselves into this case ends up with egg of their face. LP can testify to that. Speaking of people inserting themselves into this case, whatever happened to Mr. Hotshot Media Blitz attorney? He kinda fell by the wayside quickly. IMO, he's still wiping the egg off his face too.

I will be disappointed too if the Guardian Angels do end up protecting the Anthony family. It will tarnish their image if they do so.

They asked about the guard. I was under the impression that she wouldn't talk. I don't know that she knows anything, I am just saying that if it came out that she did she could be charged with that. It is unfortunately something that is used far too infrequently.

I think this is a bunch of baloney!! Why in this world wouldn't the female guard want to help LE where Caylee is concerned? Why not speak with the FBI unless she had signed some kind of deal not to talk?

For this female guard to obtain an attorney and refuse to cooperate with LE and the FBI is ridiculous, IMO. Her refusal to speak with them raises red flags to me.

I haven't had a chance to read the entire thread, so please excuse me if this has already been mentioned.

I waited to read the transcript of the show and this is what was said concerning the female bodyguard in the house:

PADILLA: In talking to her attorney today, he said he could not, in good conscience, allow her to discuss anything, specifically some things that Casey had told her regarding Caylee, without talking to their bosses tomorrow in Orlando.

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0809/18/ng.01.html

It's a bit mixed up, but I think Leonard was saying that LE would have to talk to their bosses in Orlando. He made it sound like the lawyer said it.

I'm thinking that they will offer her immunity and she will talk to them when the deal is made.

I thought he meant that the bodyguard's atty was going to talk to the officer's bosses in Orlando (to get immunity for her?) before letting her talk.

Didn't LP debrief his people while they were in Orlando? Didn't he get daily updates from them? Wasn't that the purpose of having them in the house? If she found something out, she had an obligation both legally and morally to advise le or at least LP immediately.

I would think so, halleyscomet. I think that LP would know whatever the female guard knew.

I agree with you that she had/has a moral and legal obligation to report anything that would have aided LE in the search for Caylee or her demise. Somehow I think she (female guard) may have signed a confidentiality agreement or some sort of contract not to repeat anything she heard or saw. If this is the case, we will find out sooner or later.

Red flags went up for me for me!!! When someone gets an attorney and refuses to speak to LE or the FBI, it is generally because they have something to hide.

Well thanks for the website shavaun. I promptly fired off an email to tell them that I am adding them to my idiot list.

They're idiots for coming there to try to keep peace ?!?

Why is peace such a bad thing as to classify these people as idiots?

Yes, employees were interviewed by le and they confirmed that CA and Caylee were there on father's day.

Did you notice that on one of the tapes, Casey said her mom took Caylee to see "her parents" on Saturday or Sunday. (She didn't even know; must've been partying hardy all that weekend -- till Sunday evening anyway when the yelling match happened)
:Banane23::Banane34:)

They are, sorry. Their organization does good usually.

In this case, the parents are harboring this soon to be alleged murderer, and Guardian Angles are sullying their name by being involved in protecting a murderer, IMO.

Their service could be much better used elsewhere and let the A family protect their own selves.

Exactly, is anyone involved in this case beyond reproach??? And if she did say something the LP, then HE would also be obligated to pass it on to LE. Who knows? Maybe he did but they need to hear it directly from her and that's what the issue is. If she has critical information, they should just go ahead and give her immunity.

This whole thing just keeps getting more bizzare by the minute. Every day when I log on the puter I fully expect to see more of this three ring circus, now we have Casey playing the part of the ringleader by demanding that LE "send as many people as they can, these people need to be arrested."
This situation is another tragedy waiting to happen. With her being home it that house, George and Cindy answering the door at 2AM when angry strangers are out there banging and screaming, what do they think is going to happen??
The crazies are more and more coming out of the woodwork. Folks are getting more outraged every day with their behavior and thier continued indifference to what is obvious to the world.

Casey saying that "these people need to be arrested" made me angry! Who does she think she is saying that, as if she is not guilty of many crimes including the death of her daughter! If anyone needs to be arrested...........it's her, Casey!

My favorite lines from tonight's show:

MARSHALL: Well, pathological lying is associated with antisocial personality disorder. It`s not associated with mental illness like...

GRACE: Antisocial? Did you see how many boyfriends she had, including two cops? She`s not anti-social. She`s very social.

And the nerve of her calling them punks! Not that they weren't punks, but she's the leader of the punks!

I'm sure it's got to be because of whatever agreements were made with JB regarding the bounty hunters providing security during the time Casey was out on bond. We know that JB told LP and family members that no one was to talk with Casey about what had happened to Caylee. I'm sure there were some sort of written and signed agreements in their negotiations prior to the bond being made the first time around.

The fact that NG switched gears to cover the next episode of OJ Simpson in court tells me that until LE decides to press charges against KC, we're in for a long lull of speculation that I'm quickly growing weary of. Even NG can't make enough of what's not coming out in the Anthony's "search from home" for Caylee. Now all there is to talk about are the fights outside the home and debates of everyone else's rights.

This coming Monday is the first day of Autumn. The holiday season will be here before we know it, and it's disheartening to think ahead that Caylee will not be enjoying the festivities surrounding Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas with the rest of us. I wonder too what the season will bring inside the Anthony home, but I do believe there will not be peace for Caylee at all. I'm already dreading how I'll be thinking of all the missing and murdered children I've learned about this year while I'm trying to get in the spirit of the season for my own kids.

The only thing I know at this point is that I have no control of what happens to the offenders like KC; my only hope is that justice will prevail whether here on earth or somewhere in an afterworld.
