Do they know that it was Casey who did those searches? While I agree with you that she was likely looking for a job, you'd also have to wonder about male family members looking for something else. The California sites seems to indicate Casey as she had mentioned going there.

A confidentiality agreement, a private agreement, is not going to prevent that testimony from happening. The female bounty hunter communicated in a verbal act that Casey somehow communicated to her that Casey threw the dead body of Caylee into a dumpster. That's a confession from a perpetrator.
