Grrrrrrrrr...........don't wanna get banned......... but I will say this. I cannot wait for all of LP's lies, and BS to backfire in his face. Hopefully Yuri gave him the same lecture as he gave Cindy about feeding the media BS. :bang:

What exactly has he LIED about? He has theories just like everyone else. And remember... he and his BG's were there... we were not. I think I would not discount him so quickly... he might know more than we think.

That seemed to be what LP was implying. I really have no idea how this played out, but I have serious doubts that Casey would tell this woman the truth about what happened to Caylee.

Right. There is no way Casey told her the truth.

Casey wouldn't know the truth if it smacked her in the face.

Also.
Why wouldn't Cindy have an emergency phone # for her?

What if Casey was in a car accident on her way home from her fake job?

How would Cindy ever get in touch with her to pick up Caylee?

It's all so unbelievable it's not even a good lie!

Bingo! I'd like to hear Cindy's answers to those questions. Do we know if LE asked her if she knew how to get in touch with the Nanny? Where she lived? I can't believe Cindy wouldn't have wanted an address for where Caylee was being taken care of every time Casey 'went to work'.

That's a possibility. Especially in Orlando, they have lots of them with Disney and Universal being there. Another thing that I just thought of, a lot of escorts have a "driver", which is not really a driver, but a guy that escorts the escort to her appointments and stays in the car or somewhere nearby to ensure her safety. Casey could have paid them to also watch Caylee during this time.

I brought this up the other day but I'll say it again- I'm having a hard time believing she'd be living with her parents and driving that car or carrying around what she described to police as if hating to have to admit to owning "one of the cheapest, crappiest" cell phones there is, if she were escorting. She didn't even own her own computer! One would think she'd have bought something nice for herself.

In reading all the stuff that has been made public the one thing Casey wanted to do most was move out of her parents house. She could have had the money to do so in a matter of 10 calls.

KC escorting ???.........LOL

Let's see......she had no apt., 13 yr. old car, no 'puter, crappy phone that worked, decent phone w/bad battery, clothes from target, couldn't afford a tank of gas, couldn't even buy a gas can, & she had to *borrow* chicken nuggets from home to eat......

and I guess she was stealing from friends & family just for the thrill of it ??

I just can't see that she was in the escorting business (yet).

Hi guys!

A little OT, so I apologize in advance - but is there a link to all the text messages (I believe there were like 500 of them?) I can view the interview transcripts, but can't seem to find the text messages.

Have you checked in the 'jury room' ??.......IDK but there's lots of links iin there.

I don't see how the female BH would have bonded with Casey in such a short time. I especially don't buy the fact that KC would have confessed to her.

But, did the BH ovehear/eaves drop on converstations between KC and her family that would lead her to believe KC put her in the dumpster?

You know my ears would have been perked up the whole time I would have been in that house.

If KC was so rude to LP, why not be rude the the female BH?

I really don't think LP would put stuff out there since he's already had it backfire on him getting KC out. It wouldn't be fun to have egg on your face on national TV a second time.

I agree completely. He really is too much with all of these stories.

LOL!
but ohh he will fit as an extra in the book so well, won't he? A "filler" if you will.

with the escort searches mainly being in california looks like thats what casey was planning on doing once she got there. i still say she was planning on going there and all that was stopping her was lack of enough money.

Overwhelming agree! In my heart of hearts, I believe that the entire Anthony family should be charged. Here's why:

(1) In Cindy's note she wrote on MySpace she 'seemed' as though she was the primary caregiver to and for Caylee. There is nothing wrong with 'spoiling grandparents' or even doting parent(s); however, in the MySpace account there seems very little that CA didn't know about.

Evidenced by: "Special relationships" mothers have with their children; '...how could she just be gone' or even the most damning: "I'd like to report a missing child came in the third call" not the first or second. On and on...

(2) GA is mixed in with this gas can, shed, sitting watching t.v. scenario up to his teeth; moreover, both GA and CA and the decomp smell, how much more?

(3) They got tired of KC's bullsquat and I personally believe that CA was in the process of filing for custody for the 'Little Angel' however, I don't believe I can prove that....but I think I could establish the mind-set of what happened when KC 'allegedly' moved out.

Inasmuch as what I've read vis-a-vie this issue, sure I believe LE--DA has the 'goods' enough to bring a case against the entire family.

Also before during or after the fact someone or someone's have become privy to the details. The entire mob makes me want to puke!

Does anyone on this board remember the famed 1985 case in Colorado where motions had been made for a new trial for a young man who alleged, through his attorney's, that he was wrongfully incarcerated for the murder of one lady and attempted murder on another at a massage parlor?

Here it is...(got it!) The People State of Colorado v. Park Estep?

Interesting parallels that's all.

Having read and listened to everything that has been released now, George actually seems to have been on the level with LE both about the gas cans (the fact that KC handed them to him - that he didn't go into the trunk) and about the decomp smell. The only thing he has stated so far that still remains suspect, is his sighting of KC and Caylee on June 16th. It seems as though Cindy has been able to manipulate what he has been saying on talk shows but he has provided some different (and certainly more damning) information to LE.

CA has continued to be ch*tfaced liar both in the media and to LE.

As always, this is only my opinion.

The whole snothead thing is being blown out of proportion I think. I am in no way defending KC, but I have 3 kids, they fight constantly, they nudge each other constantly, they are all around the same age. I call them brats when they are being brats. I jokingly call my littlest guy a butthead, he laughs. I don't think I have every called any of them snotheads, but my daughter gets into queen mode, and I will tell her she is being a snot.

I guess the difference is none of them are missing.

Also the searches for missing kids, I DO SO MANY OF THEM. AGain, though, none of my kids are missing.
I agree with you about the "snothead", (although it's not a word I would call my child), but I disagree about the missing child search. Knowing what we know about Casey, I don't think that she could care less about missing children so for her to have been searching missing children's sites doesn't "fit", IMO.

Reserving judgment on the Padilla segment. He has adapted to the rude interference from the host and learned to persist until he makes his point. JVM was obtrusive and crowded him for time. If anything, the viewers would have liked him to expand on his remarks. He really did not get a fair hearing last night (9-26). Time on the show is precious and the case is complicated, so why waste many minutes in cross talk and voice over voice and dismissals?

All we know is that the female guard is upset in the extreme by what she was exposed to on Hopespring Drive; we cannot sit in her mind. And from surrounding circs., we know she feels compromised by the experience. I don't want to pole vault to conclusions about the encounter between her and Leonard. It is thought provoking but there are many blanks to fill in and facts will emerge to do that. I am not willing to imagine conclusions like "Casey confessed" or that the guard knows where the body is.
